I ordered PHO. I am not satisfied with the food. It doesn’t taste like a traditional Vietnamese pho. I am not Vietnamese but I can make much better pho. Not sure why those people don’t use a traditional way. They do not use proper ingredients. I probably will not eat here again.

Great food loved their Boba drinks and food over all great place..
Was surprised to see about other customers saying that you place the order at the counter. We were just there couple hourse ago and the staff came to us and took our orders and she was very friendly.Anyhow, I personally have been here a lot of times in the past and my experience is always pleasant, food is always great and I love it that they serve the ?pho like boiling hot.

Over all place is great, however if you order over the phone & order the steak pho soup they will not mention it comes "Raw".(I ordered 3 for me and my son's, & when I got home the steak was raw. I had to cook it and it took the rest of my lunch. Wish I did not have to waste my lunch time cooking it. Especially hungry and preggo.)I called them and the lady mentioned it says raw on the menu. I mentioned maybe just to ask the "call in order people" if they are aware it is raw & if they want raw or cooked... because we are not looking at a menu when we call over the phone. Well at least some people.

They automatically charge tip. They should let people choose what I want to tip. I would tip them but just them doing that makes them come off greedy. Made my Asian Dad very annoyed.

Minus 2 stars for 2 reasons.1. Made us pay a tip before the meal and service had occurred. Super shady. They charged us more because we had a lot of people. But it’s an order and the front and take a number style of restaurant!!2. Apps were cold and didn’t arrive until the end of the meal.Made us pay an automatic gratuity for our party size. Here’s the thing, it’s an order and pay at the register, then take your number.
