Contigo Perú - Utah offers a welcoming and clean atmosphere, perfect for a bite to eat that won't break the bank. The Saturday buffet highlights dishes like El Cau Cau de Mondongo and La Carne del Seco, although some items like La Mazamorra Morada and El aji de gallina fell short. With a diverse menu including options for vegetarians, the restaurant impressed a customer who had lived in Peru. The yuca fries, lomo saltado, and Jalea Especial were particularly enjoyable. The ceviche is absolutely perfect, with a great portion, perfectly cut fish, and perfect leche de Tigre. The Pollo and tamale are amazing, and the ceviche mixto is superb. Authentic and fresh, the restaurant also offers an authentic buffet option. Great service, warm personalities, and unique dishes make this place a worthy visit for those looking for something different.
