This place is a little known gem. 3500 s has some great Vietnamese restaurants. Feel safe about exploring the menu. This place is much more than pho. Have tried about a half dozen items and would order any of them again. Really like 703 and 704, try it.
Traveling from Montana thru Salt Lake City we did not regret stopping at the Saigon pho, for some tasty spicy pho! Bun Bò Huê!! Our waitress was very sweet and helpful in helping us pick something spicy. It was just right! The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and very tastefully done. The restroom was clean, as was the whole restaurant. If we are by this way again we will be sure to stop in!
