i have been 2 times here in less than a week because the boba is FANTASTIC. I got a banh mi the first time I went in and it was good but the boba really is the star of the show. The tapioca is the perfect texture: chewy but doesn’t stick to your teeth and it’s sweet but not too sweet. The honey milk tea is probably the best boba i’ve ever had. I will be back
