“Creole & Sliders Cafe was such a lovely experience! I visited with my sister and niece, both of whom are regulars. I ordered the Shrimp Po’boy; it was so delicious, with the shrimp having a nice crunch and the homemade sauce adding a special touch. Super flavorful! The corn bread is buttery and sweet and the sweet tea has the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The owners were both so kind and attentive. I highly recommend coming here if you want something fresh with a homemade touch. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Super yummy — food!! I definitely recommend stopping by. (:“

“Found this little gem from a simple Google search and I’m already addicted! My friend and I enjoyed breakfast there and we’re already planning a return trip. Who cares that it’s an hour away from home, it’s worth the drive! I had the granola pancake (🤤) and my friend had the strawberry french toast special (equally delicious). Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!“

“Randomly came across this on Google while looking for a loose leaf tea shop so we stopped by to check it out. It was not a tea selling shop but they did afternoon tea and had DELICIOUS baked goods. They got me in with my two 4 year olds and it was absolutely delightful.“

It was 1.5 miles from the Koa where I was staying and I wasn’t sure if it was worth the walk, it’s got a great little coffee shop/ cafe, the food and drinks are nice, Edgar the barista is sooooo sweet and accommodating and the owners are really great. They have good speed internet to get some work done and even a play area for kids. The owners were so kind and welcoming! It was the best part of my visit to Salt Lake!“

“Im from Canada and everytime i travel, I try to get some BBQ. I've tried many places all around the Country and Salt City BBQ is by far the best BBQ in Utah. We had the lean and fatty brisket, OMG, the fatty had sooooo much flavor and the lean did not disappoint either. The turkey had an amazing smokey flavor and so tender. The BBQ sauce had a very nice sweet flavor but not over bearing on the sweet, just perfect. And the corn bread, OMG the best corn bread I've ever had, so fluffy and melt in your mouth. The owner was amazing and his staff as well. My buddy had the sausage and said it was the perfect blend of spices and cheese. The pork belly was so tender you don't even need teeth it'll just melt in your mouth. Give this place a try...IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!“

“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC.
