Beans & Brews Coffee House is a favorite coffee spot. The staff is friendly, and employees are the best, often remembering orders. Drinks are nicely presented and absolutely delicious. A 16 oz chai with two shots of espresso was perfect, made by a super attentive and kind employee. However, service depends on who is taking an order. Sometimes a drink looks nothing like the picture or ingredients are forgotten, like a chipotle bagel or everything bagel. An order of light ice cold foam was quarter filled with cold foam. The coffee is good, but the wait can be long—easily 15 minutes, even when not busy. The location is clean.
