“I love kfc. I have for years. It has changed a bit since I was a kid and some locations aren't great. But this location hasn't failed me or my expectations. Tuesday chicken deal day. Lasts a couple of days for my meals. I order the 8 piece for 10 dollars, original. They always serve fresh and are very helpful and friendly. There's a couple guys in the back who are always here and always go above and beyond for me.“

After I just about died and killed my father, we had a good laugh. But seriously my dad almost went to the hospital.“

“Best chicken strips in SLC along with the best service in town. This cute family owns this hidden gemstone. I've been coming here for years and not once have I had a bad experience. In fact, if they run out of potato wedges or something, they always try to make up for it. Would give them 10 stars if I could.“

“Food is always great here, everyone is super friendly and kick butt in general; darn good mix of sodas (ya know how some soda mixes are kind of syrupy and not great?), This mix and carbonation ratio 👌 IYKYK! I only say the atmosphere was 4 stars because, there was a creepy old man, staring too hard at the children playing that were most definitely not his, so I stared back until he left...Just made me super annoyed, for sure NOT the staff's fault. So technically they get a 5 on the Atmosphere.“

“On 4/9/26 at around 4:45pm I received amazing service. Grandpa was in the lobby and was so helpful and kind. I left my purse at the table and was so worried until I called the store and Hannah answer and reassure me my purse was with them safe. I went back and retrieved it. I was so grateful. Thank you!!“

“Me and my friend stopped by Fresh Chicken Express and were blown away by the quality of the food. The chicken was perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. You can really taste the love and care they put into it. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. The service was friendly, and the whole experience was just amazing.

“This location is great. I’ve only had one issue which was immediately fixed. I’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years now. Great people and management seems to care. Hard to find another location in salt lake county right now so glad this one is still around.“

“Great atmosphere, friendly environment have outlets to charge your phones, bathrooms that dont require payment and open late 10pm, lots of booths free refills. No pressure sales often enjoy staying longer after eating. The kernels home-base gets the 6 star general solute“

“Manager on shift was cleaning the lobby and not only sweeped by our feet and scoffed when we didn’t move but physically kept bumping the booth im sitting in while cleaning booths. I’m aware the store was closing soon but I was annoyed at this.“
