“I love it here I don’t have one in Arizona so everytime I make delivers in salt lake I drive my semi over here love the good atmosphere’s the food is always top notch people are always super friendly :) my order comes out hot fresh and quick every time the choices of the sauce makes it even better the wing and things is the best sampler style plate they have but the smothered fries is so good. This Zaxbys was my first and will be my always go to the rest I’ve gone to don’t operate as proficient as this one. Yall keep up the excellent customer service and hot fresh

I watched the building fill up and witnessed employees stepping up giving everyone the same excellent customer service. Wait time was 11 mins, food was fresh and excellent. “I had been promising my grandson. I would take him there to get something to eat. He had been wanting to for a while. He gave it a 10 out of 10 absolutely enjoyed It!!! Could not stop raving about the biscuits and gravy and the chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious. Awesome price as well! I personally thought the gravy was delicious as well and I usually don't care for gravy, so that's saying a lot.“

You did everything you can in this area, it was just disappointing for my kids that they had no play place, and it was a little disappointing to me that we needed a code to use the bathroom. Again, I understand, it's out of your hands in this area. Everything else was great.“

“I always get amazing service from everyone here, and the food is fantastic. The design of the restaurant interior and music choices make absolutely no sense to me though. It’s so strange. Who the heck is this catered towards? It makes no sense at all, but hey at least the food is damn good.“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“I’ve been coming to this Chicken Express location since I was a kid, so about 18 years, and it has genuinely remained my all-time favorite restaurant. Over the years, the owners and employees have always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistent, which makes the experience feel special every single time.

Their food has always been exceptional. My go-to orders are the combination plate and the gyro plate, and they are absolutely fabulous every time. The massive portions, incredible flavor, freshness, and quality are exactly why I keep coming back after all these years.

This place has been such a staple for me, and I’m so happy to see it continue under new management. We met the owner today and he was wonderful and so kind. If you’re in Salt Lake and haven’t tried their food yet, you absolutely need to. It’s one of those restaurants that deserves all the love and support.“

“This location is great. I’ve only had one issue which was immediately fixed. I’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years now. Great people and management seems to care. Hard to find another location in salt lake county right now so glad this one is still around.“

“Update 9/8/26: Our simple orders have been consistently wrong or have been given the wrong order. Not sure what is going on. The staff works very hard to make sure the customers are happy. Great food and the kids love it when we get what we anticipated.“
