Fresh and flavorful sushi, appetizers, and main dishes! This is our second time and it has been good both times now. Great service and atmosphere. You can get a yummy boba drink for dessert next door at 7 Buddha.
Wonderful little sushi spot! Stopped for lunch and got the special. Pretty good deal for some solid sushi! Wasn't a fan of the sprouts, but still a great place to get a good roll.

Soy's Sushi Bar & Grill is a beautiful spot in Utah with friendly and attentive staff. They offer a variety of delicious sushi rolls like the Murray roll, the Sugarhouse roll, the Ecstasy Roll, and the Lollipop Roll, which is one of the best sushi rolls many customers have had. The sushi quality is great, with fresh and light options, and they also serve fantastic dishes like miso soup, chicken teriyaki, wagyu beef, and ahi tuna for those who don’t enjoy sushi. The gyoza is some of the best around, and the kitchen prepares food quickly so it comes out hot. Just be aware of the 4% charge for credit card payments.
