We have an opportunity to enjoy a great dinner, very fresh sashimi platter, playboy roll, seafood fried rice… We are surprise that in a small town like this place , we are able to find a great Japanese food that is as great as the Taiko Restaurant in My home town in Southern California …“

“So much food! Lots of flavor. I loved all the textures and crunches from the fresh vegetables and the sweet gingery dressing. Way worth the $20. I got the rainbow bowl, per Google review recommendations, and it did not disappoint. I got it with half brown rice and half greens and ate half for lunch and still have half left for dinner. The bowl was as large as a dinner plate! I went to a highly rated poke place in Orem recently and was super disappointed with my $20 poke bowl. It had 8 little bits of tuna on top, and about a cup of rice and that was IT! I was still really hungry afterwords. Go here instead. I’m super happy I stumbled upon it. Fresh Fin will now be my go to place any time I’m in the area.“

“This restaurant is great! Every time I go there the staff greets me immediately, the restaurant is always exceptionally clean, and the food is always very fresh and tastes great. On my last visit I was helped by two women, Leidy and Yadi. They were very attentive in how they prepared my meal, asking me questions to make sure it was prepared exactly the way I preferred, and prepared it very quickly. This location has a great staff, and you can tell their management has trained them well. Because of their great food and service, I will definitley continue to frequent this restaurant.“

“I love their Salmon salad! The Salmon is excellent and you can get it spicy if you want. I like it medium spicy. The salad is always very fresh with a large variety of veggies such as mixed greens, cucumber, broccoli, 3 types of bell peppers, carrots, edamame, etc. The chicken is also very good on the salad, but the Salmon is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a great place to eat. Everything is still terrific at this location. I had the salmon salad andy husband had the combo shrimp and steak noodles bowl. Both were delicious & of course the staff was kind, friendly and efficient!“

“Great little Chinese restaurant. The decorations are pretty cool. The food was delicious. We had orange chicken, sweet & sour, and a kids meal. Definitely on the better end of the spectrum for those foods. They accommodated us with a young child and there were several other families who also brought children. We’ll be going back.

“Overall, had a good time and the food filled me up so it did its job. As far as the chicken, it was a bit chewy, and somewhat unflavored, I would have preferred a stronger teriyaki sauce. The egg rolls were nice and hot but also lacking in flavor. I was only given one sauce package and could have used two.
The boba is excellent. I got the Thai tea boba and it is flavorful, cold and the boba pearls are very good.
Probably won’t come here again as I don’t live in the area but overall not upset about lunch here.“

The feedback from the team was wonderful; people were eager to take leftovers and requested we cater from them often! I will 100% use their catering services again!

“we tried Eiko Cafe SLC (1234 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City) and were so excited to try authentic Chinese food. they have your typical orange chicken and chow mein available, but we went for the boiled fish filet with pickled cabbage (left) and west lake beef soup (right). the fish dish was spicy, tender, savory and also had a slight numbing effect of the Sichuan peppercorn (yum!). the beef soup was the best thing to have on this snowy and wet day. our waitress introduced herself as Jasmine and was so excited to see us try what her family eats at home. she was very accommodating and so friendly! we will be back tomorrow and hope we can easily decide what things to get next… we want to try the entire menu.“
