Two thumbs up for the PF Chang’s restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee. Not only was the food great, but all the staff were friendly and attentive. I accidentally left my credit card there and did not discover it for six days. I called, and they had it in their vault, keeping it safe. Kindness and integrity matter. I highly recommend PF Chang's on Ridgeway. Go check them out.
I saw the mongolian beef lunch special and it looked great. What I was such a stark contrast to the photo like 8 little pieces of beef. I asked the waitress and she confirmed it was the lunch portion. Such a disappointment. I think my kids got more food than I did.

However, some guests have reported inconsistent food quality, such as overcooked white rice and hard orange chicken. The back of the house cleanliness has also been a concern, with spills left unattended. Despite these occasional issues, many find the location convenient for larger parties, and the kids' meals offer great value.
