We had a wonderful experience. Our server Trevor was amazing, friendly and attentive, food was absolutely delicious. Give that man a bonus check, servers like him are hard to find.
Arrived with a reservation made over 2 weeks in advance and still waited an hour to be sat. Service was just OK. Food was not great. Came out warm not hot and there was a fruit fly in the garden salad.
This place is busy we had a 45 minute wait and that was not an issue, the service was phenomenal the food no matter what we have ate it’s always amazing , large portions and done to perfection, the only drawback was the restaurant background music was super load so everyone around was almost hollering to talk to each other, this was very annoying my decibel meter was constantly 88 and maxed at 96 ! Sorry I like to have music but this was above a simple listening volume

The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant known for its extensive menu, great food, and exceptional desserts. The filet mignon is cooked to perfection, and the sides are tasty. Popular desserts include the coconut, Hershey, and triple berry cheesecakes, which many customers find fantastic. While the restaurant can be expensive, the portions are plentiful. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, with some amazing waiters especially in the bar area. Although it can feel like new staff are working at times, many guests have noted the friendly service and quick attention. There can also be long waits to sit, order, and receive food, as well as to pay the bill and receive take-out boxes. However, some customers have experienced little wait time for their food, especially when arriving at a good time. The establishment is always clean and has a busy, positive atmosphere, but it can be pretty loud inside. It is located at Fashion Place Mall, which provides ample parking, although it may not always be close by. Overall, it is a great dining option with something for everyone, but it comes at a higher cost.
