“For AYCE sushi and Japanese / Korean appetizers and entrees, Blue Fish is top tier in my humble opinion—and I'm a sushi snob (FYI—I'm not comparing Blue Fish against other non-AYCE options).

The service we received was excellent. Our waitress was on top of everything for our party of 8. We could barely keep up with all of the food they were putting out. Drinks were always topped off (and we were thirsty after a long day in the sun).

My favorites were the firefighter roll (comes with my favorite spicy tuna), Gyoza (crispy in the outside, soft on the inside) Korean bbq ribs, spicy tuna crunch roll, extacy roll, strawberry mochi and tempura banana with vanilla ice cream for dessert (dessert is included with AYCE).

They have plenty of entrees for non-sushi lovers too!“

“I’ve come here several times and tonight’s food was terrible, cold sesame chicken, chicken on the fried rice was boiled lacking flavor,I’m afraid the quality has become poor. Like to continue to supporting local businesses but if quality diminishes, it’ll be hard to return. Please revisit your food quality being served.“

“I love this restaurant and go here regularly. The vegetable tempura is excellent and I can gobble up the entire appetizer all by myself, and I often do. I’ve had their sushi, their yakisoba, and their chicken curry, and several appetizers, and it is all delicious. They never disappoint and give excellent service. I will say, I continue to go back for the vegetable tempura and the chicken curry over and over— it has become a comfort food for me. Not kidding, I go almost weekly.😁“

“This place is for sushi because the Chinese food disappointed. We tried a couple of rolls that were delicious and this is the only reason why they got 4 stars. The shrimp dish seemed like a mix of bad seasoned shrimp with unsalted egg drop soup. The Kung pan was weird with unexpected veggies and little flavor. The tiny spicy chicken had way too much coloring and little flavor. They packed everything into one bag and things were smashed. A second bag would have been better.“

“Me, my husband, and our kids have been coming here for a few months now and we love it. The prices are amazing and the rolls are very good. We can get double the amount for the price of one roll elsewhere. My husband and I stopped in to order take out on Father’s Day and the hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave our son an order of cream cheese wontons for free and wrote a cute note on the take out box.“

The sushi is excellent, and they will substitute soy paper for the seaweed if that's something you prefer. We've had most of the rolls at this point, and they're all good. “Checked out Tsunami Sushi Bar recently. We had a big group and made reservations. I don’t think we ended up needing them for a Sunday afternoon, but it was nice to have it just in case. This was my first time here, but I’ve heard great things. I was excited to try it. We ordered the spicy edamame. I loved it. It wasn’t too spicy, which was good. I ordered the Buddha roll with soy paper instead of seaweed. It was soo good! I loved this for a vegetarian roll. A couple people in our group ordered the Honey Badger roll, which is also a vegetarian roll. I really liked this too. It was a lot lighter than the Buddha roll. I’ll have to get this next time. I also had an order of vegetable tempura. These were breaded to perfection! I didn’t love the broth/dipping sauce for these. I felt like it was really bland. I ended up dipping these in soy sauce instead. My boyfriend ordered the Executive Suite Roll & the Fire breathing Dragon Roll. He loved these. He also ordered the gyoza. They were typical gyoza. I left there really full, enjoyed my meal but since I don’t eat fish, it’s hard to compare this to another sushi place knowing I just order the vegetarian rolls. My boyfriend truly believes this place is so much better than other sushi places around. Check it out!“

“First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. If I were rating our experience on food/atmosphere, this would have been 5/5 stars.“
