Went in for a Valentine's Day dinner at 5pm and even though the wait list had 9 parties in front of us and the host said the wait said an hour it only took us 25min to be seated and have our drinks and orders taken. We ordered probly 5-6x and got things within a few min of finishing our food.

All the fish tasted fresh and just melted in your mouth. Get all the premium nigiri and carpaccio. The King and Jintastic were our favorite sushi rolls. Lowkey the Korean galbi and fried chicken was fire too. Mochi ice cream is real good too.

Entree servings are small which is good so you can try many things and not be scared of having to pay for leftovers.“

“I’ve come here several times and tonight’s food was terrible, cold sesame chicken, chicken on the fried rice was boiled lacking flavor,I’m afraid the quality has become poor. Like to continue to supporting local businesses but if quality diminishes, it’ll be hard to return. Please revisit your food quality being served.“

“Love love love the food but every time we go they try and stick us in the big school cafeteria room which is awful. We always go around 3:00 to miss the crowds so the place is not busy. Lots of open tables. Whenever I ask not to be seated in the big room I get attitude and this time they stuck us(2 people) by the noisy kitchen door. While sitting there we watched 2 other parties walk in the cafeteria room and ask to be seated else where so I know I am not the only one who hates that room.“

“We visit this place almost every week. I love the fact that the waiters and managers recognize us, they'll ask about our date and even have our order down. Food is always fresh and delicious. We get the Teriyaki Chicken dinner with no vegetables, Monarch sushi, then the Hernan Chicken Tacos of the Curry. For drinks I usually get green tea, we normally spend about $30 + tips so about 40-50 personally, for 2 people. Portions are good.“

“First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. Everytime we go here it is incredible, we do our team meetings here, we sit and work here, Matt the server is incredible. Dean the manager does amazing hospitality and manages exceptionally well. Even when we left our food on accident and it got tossed, we asked to order a half serving since we forgot it. And they made us a full one. Best restaurant, bar, staff, servers, atmosphere, and management we’ve been to in the state. They never let us walk away disappointed or dissatisfied. Just ask for dean if you ever have an issue and you will not be disappointed.

7pm on a Wednesday. Instantly greeted by a friendly face. Placed a takeout order for me and the teen daughter. Place looked spotless. I'm surprised they weren't busy - I was the only one there. I was in and out in about minutes. Fast!

I got shrimp gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls): 5/5
Really pleased. Right balance of shrimp, vermicelli, and veggies with peanut sauce that wasn't too thick/heavy. Made for that light taste I was craving and hoping for.

I also got phở bò viên (meatball phở): 3.7/5
Now... will you get more depth of flavor in phở from a dedicated vietnamese restaurant, or from mom's homemade? Yeah, of course you will. Duh. BUT, what I had was still good, and scratched the phở itch. Savory bone broth, fresh veggies. Honestly better than I was expecting from a place serving varied cuisines.

I got orange chicken for my teen daughter, with fried rice and egg drop soup. She said the orange chicken was 'just the way she likes it' - which means too sweet for me. I tried a bite anyway. Yup. perfect for her = too sweet for me, lol. I didn't try the egg drop soup, but she said it was good. She was 'meh' about the fried rice. As another reviewer mentioned it's like a soy fried rice? if that is even a thing? I thought it was good, just different.
