Wild Ginger Asian Cuisine in West Valley City offers a cozy atmosphere with fresh, flavorful Chinese, sushi, and Vietnamese dishes at great prices. Standout items include the tiny spicy chicken, fried dumplings, and egg drop soup. The restaurant recently added Vietnamese cuisine, such as shrimp gỏi cuốn and phở bò viên, which customers find delicious and satisfying. Guests appreciate the friendly, open service and quick takeout, often praising the quality and value of the food. The orange chicken remains a favorite, especially for those who enjoy it on the sweeter side. Overall, Wild Ginger is a hidden gem for comfort food lovers, with generous portions and an inviting environment.
