Sushi Franco is a hidden gem that offers a unique combination of sushi and Mexican food. The food truck has a fun atmosphere with cool lights and outdoor seating. Customers appreciate the build-your-own option with extra crab and the delicious bacon-wrapped chili peppers. The small tray is more than enough for a meal, with options like the 3 cheese roll and different flavored juices daily. Vegetarian options are available, and the friendly chef and service crew make the experience even better. Sushi Franco is a great spot for large groups, offering fair prices for generous portions.
