Food over all was hot and fresh and tasted good however the service was pretty slow and forgot out potstickers.
Such a friendly staff. They all deserve a bonus for their great customer service. I've been to this location multiple times and interacted with various employees there and every one of them has been great! Loved the food too!
I had a great experience at Cupbop the first time I visited. The food was delicious, and they made the K-dogs without any issues. Unfortunately, my second visit was very different. The employee at the counter was off-putting and told me they weren't making K-dogs at that time, even though they're on the menu.
