Sorry half of it was gone by the time I remembered to take a photo. First time I went to tsunami was for a bad date ? this second time was for a good date . Staff is friendly and the sushi is great. My boyfriend doesn’t like sushi unless there’s no vegetables and if it’s deep fried. So we got a lot of the fried rolls and no avocado. Which made me sad ?. It’s okay though still tastes great without veggies. Definitely am coming here again.
We love this restaurant! So glad to see that the reopened the Sugar House location. We chose to sit at the bar. Compared to other Tsunami locations it is just kinda blah. However, the Chef's were personable and fun.

Really nice place. Appropriate volume inside. We ordered an appetizer-skewer trio. Very delicious but personally i could taste the wooden skewers just a bit.Then we ordered crispy style sushi- spicy tuna with scallions and crunchy shallots. Pretty delicious! Rice was fried perfectly. I've had this at jinyas before and it was very oily. But this one was perfect. I'm just not sure the texture of the rice is my personal favorite.
