This place is my new favorite sushi joint in SLC. It’s small, yes, but that just means that the service is fast. The servers are friendly and the owners work up front, greeting customers and prepping the food. And the sushi… fresh, creative combination as well as more traditional varieties. This place is a little piece of perfection. It’s getting harder and harder to get good sushi and not feel like I should have worn a tie. Here is a vibe neighorbood sushi and chill. Sushi groove is great sushi at a reasonable price with a staff that loves what they do. I’ll be back again and again.

We love going here on Tuesday for $2.50 Tuesday. All the nigiri is $2.50 for two pieces. Service is inconsistent in the fact that sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get the nigiri after ordering, sometimes only 10. But the staff is always friendly, we love the groovy music to go with the vibe of the restaurant, parking is easy, and of course the bill is always amazingly reasonable. Will definitely continue to go back
