Hands down best dining experience in Utah. They put so much into each dish that they are all an experience. I always love the pasta course. Very best sourdough and homemade whipped mascarpone butter, I always buy some for the road!
Food in general was very good. The middle courses were excellent (they made kale actually taste really delicious!). The nonalcoholic pairing was not my favorite which was too bad compared to the meal.

A must-try fine dining experience in Salt Lake city. Everything was great. Wasn't one thing I didn't enjoy eating or drinking. The service is fantastic and you can tell that a lot goes into the meals. I did the 7 course with beverage pairing (not wine) which included amuse bouche, bread, salad, 4 mains, 2 desserts and 5 drinks. Highlights of the meal were the duck pasta and the lamb.
