“Everything was perfect except the atmosphere. We sat at a booth but felt too far way from each other so moved to small table. Lighting could be dimmed to give a more cozy intimate environment. Food was perfect. Music great. Service exceptional.“

The food is consistently outstanding, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. **KITA** is always our go-to spot for celebrations and the first place we take friends and family when they visit Park City and want an exceptional dinner that's truly worth it—not just overpriced.
Every dish is beautifully presented, full of flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients. We also love that the menu offers plenty of variety, so there's always something new to try whenever we visit. Every experience has been memorable, and we can't recommend KITA enough!“

“This is by far our favorite ! We booked the Shabu in the canyons thinking we were at the right spot . Come to find out, we were at the wrong place ! We called the restaurant and they were fully booked, our girl got us in. Love, Love this place ! Get the wagyu on the rock“

“The food was great and the service was extremely good. My wife is gluten intolerant and the waitress personally talked to the chef to make sure there was no cross contamination. I love Sushi Blue. Don the manager runs a great team. They are great at accommodating large parties of 10 through 24 when my family comes to celebrate some event in our family. I look forward to our next meal at Sushi Blue.“
