I think this is probably the best sushi I've ever had! The agadashi tofu was delicious and so were all of our rolls: PC crunch, Crispy Alaska, and Volcano were our favorites. We highly recommend it!!
Oishi is the hidden gem of Park City Main Street, and we tell everyone who visits to stop by. It’s our go-to spot because the food and the service is always incredible. If it’s your first time, I highly recommend the super dragon and luxury crunch rolls, they’re our favorites!! All of the servers, staff and chefs are so nice, but we especially love Lyra! She’s the best.

Oishi Sushi Park City is a great spot for sushi, especially after a day of activities. The salmon nigiri is pricier but of good quality, and rolls like the volcano, Mars, and Tiger Lily are delicious. The albacore melts in your mouth, and the sweet Jesus roll comes highly recommended. The shrimp dish and gyoza are popular choices. Service is friendly, attentive, and super quick. Although portions are not large and prices can add up, the food is highly regarded, with fresh sushi and great miso soup. Located off Main Street, it's convenient to shops, galleries, and bars. The atmosphere is great, making it a wonderful place to celebrate special occasions.
