About Courchevel Bistro

Courchevel Bistro is a culinary gem that exceeds expectations. The restaurant boasts experienced and knowledgeable servers who provide exceptional service. The menu features delectable dishes, including short ribs, Arctic char crudo, beef bourguignon, and winter salad, all made with impeccable quality. The wine list offers fair prices, particularly for the house red and white, with a knowledgeable sommelier available to assist. The food is creative and delicious, with a great selection of quality ingredients, and even the bread and butter are fantastic.

The atmosphere can be loud due to the restaurant's design, which can make it difficult to converse during a romantic evening, especially with loud music and tables nearby. Restrooms are located down a flight of steps. Despite the noise, the overall experience is outstanding, although some guests have noted inconsistencies in service. The staff's professionalism and personable touch can make for a memorable night out. With reasonable pricing, Courchevel Bistro is a must-visit destination that will leave guests eager to return.

Menu and presentation exceptional. Portions very generous and staff so friendly and attentive. Also love the distancing of the tables.
We had an amazing meal and relaxing evening . Everything was perfect! All the different dishes and appetizers were great. Wine was beautiful and reasonably priced. Our waiter, Jon, was a joy. He definitely made us feel special! Looking forward to returning I the near future.
Courchevel Bistro always exceeds expectations. Chef Maria Mantilla's delicious creations are not to be missed. Many thanks to manager, Laurel, and servers Azul and Ashton for their warm and professional hospitality. And if you don't learn something new about wine from their sommelier, Jeff, you aren't listening hard enough. Thanks for a wonderful evening of great food, wine, and fun.
