Menu and presentation exceptional. Portions very generous and staff so friendly and attentive. Also love the distancing of the tables.
A friend and I just had dinner at Coeurcheval Bistro and it was an amazing experience. I started off with the onion tarte, which was amazing. For my main course I had the steak frites. The ribeye was tender and perfectly salted and cooked. In addition to the amazing food, the service was excellent. Hands down, One of the best restaurants we ate at in Park City! I would go back in a heart beat, from drinks to appetizer to entree to dessert, everything was perfectly seasoned, cooked and served. We had the summer squash soup which was absolute chefs kiss delicious, chicken and white fish entrees so delicious we selfishly didn’t offer each other any bites, and the chocolate pot du creme for desert deserved an award.
