First of all, I want to say how much we liked and appreciated our waiter, Craig. This person was not some college kid who was superficial. Kudos to the restaurant for hiring experienced servers who knew the menu and the food. We loved our meals. We had the short ribs (amazing) and the pork chop. Only suggestion is to amp up and increase the red sauce on the chop by 2-3 more tablespoons so it lasts longer. the winter salad was terrific and the wine prices were fair especially the house red and white. Prices were in line with other places, not cheap, but not terrible. Only real complaint was the place was loud due to brick walls, hard floors, hard furniture and lots of people in smaller space. Hard to even hear the waiter ( granted he was 6"6") but the place was loud. We totally recommend this place!

Courchevel where have you been all my life. I’m sitting here now finishing dessert and feel compelled to write this review. The entire dinner from start to finish was impeccable. Appetizers absolutely amazing. Dinner outstanding and dessert was the icing on the cake. The service was equally amazing. Our server Olivia was spot on as was everyone who assisted. What a phenomenal end to our ski trip. Can’t wait to return next year! Kudos 5 stars.

There are dinners, experiences, and then memories. And what these guys cooked up was nothing short of a memory. Their food was impecable, their location was ideal, and their service was the cornerstone of a memorable night. Hutch and his team struck the right balance of professional and personable, setting the bar for all waiter services here on after. Even though the pricing was reasonable, we had such a great night, that it was a true pleasure to pay for the bill.

Fantastic food, good service, however the place is so loud I couldn't hear the people at my own table talking.

From the warm and welcoming atmosphere and a great seat at the chef's counter seeing how all of the magic happens, to the excellent service and recommendations from Craig, my experience was outstanding. The cuisine was exceptional and I only wish I had more nights to enjoy more meals. Definitely my new favorite Park City restaurant.

The service was fantastic - our server Craig was energetic and fun. The food and drinks were also tremendous. We got the pork and short ribs - both were excellent. Some fun appetizers as well. And then topped it off with the apple beignets. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

Courchevel is fast becoming our favorite restaurant in PC. The portions are more than sufficient without being too large. The menu is excellent - all four of us enjoyed everything. Cocktails are inventive. Service is good and swift . Courchevel is one of the places in town with a dessert cheese course too. My only minor complaints - no half bottles of wine, and it is a bit noisy. The back half is quieter.

The "bowl of potatoes" appetizer didn't work..I am not a believer. The whitefish entree, with more of the same potatoes was perfectly executed and delicious. The Service was adequate not spectacular. I would definitely try more dishes

Great food. Much too noisy. Nothing to absorb the sounds. People were actually screaming conversation and our waitress was screaming talking to them as well. Literally. I wouldn't go back.

Food was very solid. A bit loud, but understandable as people are on vacation and having fun--but just a word to the wise. Coursing was too fast, after we explicitly asked that it not.

The restaurant has a nice ambience, however, the service was very poor. Our waiter never checked in with us after we ordered our food. We had to flag him down to order two additional drinks and if he had checked in with us, we would have probably ordered another bottle of wine and a couple of more mixed drinks. The server did not even check with us to see how we liked our food. The white fish was ok but nothing special. Three people ordered the bouilbase and none cared for it. I will say that the presentation of the brie was lovely and it was very tasty. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the very poor service and the quality of the main the dishes.

The best meal we had in Park City! Sebastian was our waiter and was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The food we tried was excellent: steak frites was the favorite but very closely followed by the rest of the dishes (arctic char bouillabaisse, the short ribs, and duck confit pasta). The complementary bread was delicious. The drinks/wine were excellent. And the apple beignets were the perfect way to end a delicious meal. I cannot wait to come back to Park City to eat here again.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and plastic cups for kids are readily available. Staff were friendly and engaged with our toddler.

What a wonderful dinner! The meals were all incredibly delicious! All five of us were impressed! The sides were also good! Our service was excellent. The only complaint is the noise! So loud it was hard to have a conversation.

The worst value money can buy. Rude service from greeting until the end. For a French cuisine restaurant, they are one of the worst I have ever encountered. We ordered 5 different dishes and can only finish one, barely edible. We won't be going back.
