“One of the best Italian bistros I've been to outside Italy. Everything is made from scratch! From the Al Denté Pasta to the visible lemon zest in their fresh made Gelato, Caffe Molise makes it their mission to provide a home cooked and flavorful meal at a more than fair price for the excellent quality! Bring your appetite, the portions are big! My wife's appetizer was basically a meal! The building was old school renovation from a mansion, and the interior was open, warm, and welcoming! Our hostess, Lisa, made the experience wonderful with her superb customer service and humor that made my wife's and my meal that more enjoyable! The manager was in the grind with her crew, true leadership and care for her customer's experience. I am so happy that we decided to dine here for our first trip to SLC. I will go back. I encourage anyone visiting SLC to check them out! You won't regret it!Vegetarian options: Made to order dishes that can be altered to meet dietary needs!“

“I've come twice while visiting SLC and loved it both times despite my dietary restrictions! Our favorites this time were the salmon (pictured without sauce since I don't eat dairy, although it really doesnt need it as it's very moist) and the cauliflower. The salmon was cooked PERFECTLY! Which is really hard to get at a restaurant in my experience since most places overcook it. I was even more surprised that it was so spot-on medium because the skin was super crispy, almost like a chip! I thought for sure the meat would be well done but nope. The cauliflower was just cauliflower BUT the hummus and chimichurri elevate it to a spectacular place. The only moderate feedback I think could be useful is that the house shrub had way too much vinegar in it; neither of us could taste the strawberry rhubarb at all and it was insanely sour. Like taking shots of carbonated apple cider vinegar. My sister still finished it since she's a trooper and figured the vinegar would help with her upset stomach (from earlier in the day, not from dinner). A couple of the fried oysters were pretty fishy as well, maybe due to their size, but the ones that were more clean tasting were incredible!“

“Awesome food at this place. I'm so tired of the same old bland tex-mex food (i.e. red / blue iguana type food). This was so refreshing to eat some flavorful mexican food that wasn't so overtly americanized. The two chefs working the kitchen deserve every one of the five stars. Waiting staff was definitely understaffed unfortunately. I loved the aguachile verde, the tropical tuna ceviche, and the coconut shrimp. I definitely will be coming back.“

“Love this sushi bar in SLC. I was visiting last month and went twice. It was so good. The service is top notch. Get there early as you will wait but the rent isn't a rush to get you out. Have a drink and enjoy some of the best quality sushi. Both times I was there that week we ordered the same thing. Let the chef decide. Wonderful selection of sashimi, sushi and two different kind of rolls were included on a beautiful slate platter. All the fish was very fresh and the pieces were cut perfectly and so pretty on the platter. They also have really good hot tea. One time we have a pot of oolong and the next time we had a pot of the jasmine green tea. Both were fantastic. About the service, the waitress was very attentive and would check in, asking if we need anything or did we want more tea or more water. There was never a rush to get out of there. Sometimes you can find some restaurants. This is not one of them. We took our time and enjoyed our meal and enjoyed people watching.we notice people come with large crowds so you can tell. It's a place to be with your family and friends. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.“

“The atmosphere and decor was really cool, but the table and the chairs we were sat at weren't comfortable for 6 people. Our waiter was very nice, when he ever came around, it took a long time in between drinks for him to return. Our food was good, but they missed one person's order, so their dish arrived when everyone else's were almost finished. The liquor selection is impressive, but my experience there was not. “We had dinner and drinks here and were happy with the experience. For food, definitely try the birria tacos-- super duper yummy. We also had the honey walnut shrimp and it was quite enjoyable! For drinks, we had a variety of cocktails and were happy with all of them. We also went up to their rooftop area for a while and liked the views -- it was just a much smaller space up there so we were a little squished next to other groups. The service was good, but a little bit quirky. It's hard to explain, but it just seems like since they're still new, they're trying to figure out what they want to be (theme and ambiance wise) and that's totally fine. We would definitely go back again, and we want this business to do well.“

“This is a very cozy little bar. Almost too cozy. If you've been here then you know. The ascetic is incredible. I wish I could enjoy this spot on a quiet rainy day. However that is not its intended purpose. The service was amazing when they got to us, very calm and polite given the circumstances. What I mean by all this is that its such a popular bar that its always packed to the brim. Simply the building cant handle (comfortably) the amount of people that are trying to congregate there. We were shoulder to shoulder almost the entire time. If you like that kind of thing, this is the place for you. I might try and get in a little earlier in the future, this might be a good place to start the night but certainly not to finish it.“
