“Found this place for last minute business dinner. Unique cocktails, amazing small plates. Brussels and Truffle fries didn’t disappoint. Entrees were fresh and well composed. My only knock was our server that wasn’t that personable and didn’t provide any recommendations.“

“Atmosphere, while a little loud, was super fun. Pretty theatrical dining experience. Our server, Carlos, gave the best recommendations. Appetizers and entrees were all spaced out perfectly.
Highly recommend the blind rabbit old fashioned, kiss of guava , the bread basket, the bone marrow brisket tacos, and the rack of lamb.
Only complaint is that the bar was pretty slow, even for a glass of wine or a draft beer.“

“Came here on a quiet Sunday night to grab a quick appetizer and drink before dinner, and was totally surprised by the excellent cocktail selection and getting to chat with CaCasey behind the bar.
Absolutely recommend the charcuterie and any of their Old Fashioned variations (the White Sails was particularly tasty!). Couldn't recommend this place more!“

“We wanted to find somewhere that had good looking cocktail choices. Luckily the Saturday we showed up it wasn't busy. We could talk to each other and enjoy each other's company. Around 10pm a DJ came and it got a little louder. The bar tender said usually it gets really busy so we were lucky this night it didn't. We had a couple really good drinks. One was created by the bar tender there, a riff on a New York Sour. So good. A couple random drinks on their list we wanted to try for fun. They serve food, a couple loud tables were there, but we didn't order anything. We would come again, early to hopefully beat the crowd. Feels upscale to other places in town.“

“This little cocktail lounge is a fantastic setting for a little more intimate gathering, complete with couches, lower tables, as well as taller tables. Their cocktails are delicious; especially the "Cocaine lady" (sweet and creamy). The bartender is always very attentive and the atmosphere is dark. I would totally recommend this little gem to anyone looking for this type of experience.
Side note: I parked in the underground paid parking at the Gallivan Center and walked about a block to get here, as parking is limited in front of the lounge.
Parking: Plenty of paid parking at the Gallivan Center. (About $9.00 for a couple of hours)“
“We had such a wonderful time during our Christmas bar crawl! It felt like a nostalgic journey at that cozy old-time bar. The servers were incredibly kind and attentive, crafting delightful drinks that really brightened our evening. The prices were very reasonable, which added to the experience. We can’t wait to return and relive those joyful moments when we’re back in Salt Lake City!“

“We had yet another delicious meal and fantastic experience at Franklin Ave last night. The design and decor are absolutely stunning, and the staff from the door person to the host to the servers and managers were all so friendly and knowledgeable. We started off with the chips and whipped feta, hamachi crudo, snap peas, and ribs. All were delicious in their own rite. For the main course, I had the pasta special which included handmade pappardelle noodles, duck, oyster mushrooms, and a spicy red sauce. Yum! The miso cod, bolognese, and fish sandwich were also ordered and everyone in our group was over the moon with their selections. For dessert we shared the maple pecan respado - a must try dessert! Cocktails were amazing per usual.“

“My server,Ryan, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that perfectly suited my taste. The restaurant clearly understands the urgency of an order to be made quickly. My large order came to my table within 3 minutes of ordering.

“I recently visited La Cevicheria in Salt Lake City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! If you're a fan of fresh, delicious ceviche, this is the place to go. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of tanginess and spice. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous.
The service was also top-notch. Our waiter, Jordan, was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He made sure we were well taken care of and even gave us great recommendations on the menu. His enthusiasm added to the overall vibe of the place.
I highly recommend La Cevicheria for anyone in the mood for authentic, fresh seafood with excellent service. Definitely coming back!“

“Great cocktail spot! We checked Water Witch out on a vacation to SLC. LOVED the Great British Baking Show themed cocktails on the menu that night. They had very well balanced and creative cocktails. Bar is very small and crowded (its a popular spot for a reason), so finding a non Saturday night to visit would be advised.“

“A modern & cozy sushi spot that has some of the best sushi in Utah! Everything we got was incredible. The hand rolls were amazing, but the Ora King salmon sashimi really did it for us! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and the staff is knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have. We had Corey & Junior, they were both amazing! We will definitely be back.“

“A funky little bar tucked away on Edison St. with a relaxed, cozy, intimate atmosphere. A great place to chill with some friends or someone special. You can order food from Laziz Kitchen (Modern Mediterranean). It's in the heart of a vibrant area between 200 S and 300 S that is expanding with bars, restaurants, cafes, etc.“

“Amazing atmosphere and theming, fabulous drinks, and they did a fabulous job accommodating my many food allergies. We'll definitely be back!
Dietary restrictions: They had very tasty gluten free buns for the burgers and a yummy vegan cheese (I have a dairy allergy) that was very tasty on the Smokehouse burger.“

“Crowd can be a little rough but the drinks are cheap, the staff is awesome, and the atmosphere is convivial. Just keep your nose clean and you should have a great time!
Bar does not serve food, btw, so not sure why Google asked me to rate that. Beers tasted fine.“

“The bar was beautiful and cozy. My boyfriend had the smoked old fashioned and it was excellent, very well done. I had the sazerac, which was okay, but really had no absinthe flavor which is a big miss for me. The bartender was really great and attentive. My complaint-not necessarily the bar, but the hotel outside the bar smelled so overpowering like a cheap plug in air freshener. It really made me not want to go in the bar.“
“great staff, super friendly, fantastic cocktail menu with lots of fresh ingredients. Enthusiastic crowd appreciates it all too !“
“Absolutely delicious cocktails both times we've been, and a decent wine selection to boot! The Scarlet Begonia is pictured, tequila ancho and coconut and a float of red wine, real nice kick. They rotate cocktails semi regularly so it's worth coming back, and it's a cool cozy chill little nook to hang out.“

“It was decent food. Not superb but not lacking. I think the atmosphere was great. Not a place to hold a private conversation. Drinks were tasty. It was above mist hotel lounges for sure.I ordered chocolate cake to go and I am so glad I did!“

“We found this spot by accident and it was amazing! Excellent pizza, garlic cheese bread and caprese salad. The pizzas were huge and it was cool watching the chef toss the dough. The owner was working the bar and we enjoyed chatting with him. The wine list was a little depleted but otherwise highly recommended.“
“Brae is amazing! Make sure you request him! The lettuce wraps and the crab, avocado and shrimp appetizer is exactly what I was looking for - filling and flavorful (especially the salsa). If an intimate atmosphere is what you’re looking for then stop by! If you tell Brae what type of drink you are looking for he won’t steer you wrong!“

“What can I say about this place that hasn’t been said about the 90-91 Chicago bulls.
Tenacious, attitude, dysfunctional third man, Croatian sharp shooter, exceptional all around.
They scared me bad with a fireball though. Nearly took my husbands Jerry curl off his noggin.
Vegetarian options: Yum Yummy“

“I recently dined at Adelaide, and while the food was just okay, the service and atmosphere made it a memorable experience. Our server, Andrea, was exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was lovely, with a warm and inviting vibe that set a relaxing tone for the evening.
We ordered the white fish and the shrimp bisque, which were fine but didn’t quite hit the spot for us. However, Andrea’s outstanding service and the ambiance left such a positive impression that I’d happily return to try something else on the menu. Thanks to Andrea and the welcoming environment, this restaurant still has a lot of appeal!“
