But walking in the door and being greeted by the manager/host guy in a way where it seemed like I was putting him out was a less than desirable first impression. The food overall was pretty good. “We enjoyed dinner at Adelaide, on a rainy Thursday night. The atmosphere was wonderful and inviting. Our waiter, Andreas, was pleasant and very attentive. He took time to explain any questions we had and was sure that our table was taken care of at all times.
I had the prime rib steak. It came out exactly as ordered; medium well. Our drinks were delicious as well.
Overall a lovely time downtown SLC.“

“Visited when in town for a wedding and Franklin Ave became our go-to stop. Their food is delicious. On our last night they were busy and we could only be seated downstairs. We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

“Came here with friends. Food was delicious we got the Baja fish tacos and camarones mango habernero. We also got shots which I didn’t take a photo of but a video I can’t share. The presentation was so fun called spacy tamarindo. Jordin was our server - so funny and attentive. We were there for the Argentina VS Switzerland World Cup game and it was fun joking with the whole staff. We will be back“

“100% RECOMMEND! This is our favorite place to eat in PSL! The food is unique and fresh, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and the customer service is the best! Once you’ve been there a couple of times they remember you and pretty much know what your “usual” is. Dennis, the owner, has been there a few times when we were there and he always comes over to say “thank you for coming in.” He even covered our bill one time when he found out we are Veterans. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ZEST KITCHEN!“

“Great variety brunch buffet. Service was excellent. Loved the mimosas! Fried rice was also exceptional. Made to order omelet station. We loved the open air dining area. Wasn’t that crowded for a Sunday; but we got there right at opening. Cute decor. Overall an amazing brunch experience and we’ll be back!“

“We went on Friday for the live music, which was great, Nikki Sparks! I had the smoked meatloaf and it was amazing, the best meatloaf I have had! The staff were friendly and attentive and we had a super fun evening! If you like cotton candy, they will make you fresh cotton candy for desert that is so fresh, it's still warm out of the machine fresh! We liked Jackalope Ranch, but we love the refresh with Ranch House! The patio is once again amazing! We live in Washington state but this will be a regular stop on our Palm Springs trips!“

“It's laid back and relaxed. It's not it has wonderful large booths for parties up to 6. It's not too loud so you can enjoy the conversation with your friends. Great food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. I would recommend it!“

“As an absolute dive bar lover, this was a great stop. A very small neighborhood bar with a younger seeming crowd. We came on Thursday and it was karaoke. Great atmosphere, met some fun people, played some UNO (random) and just had a fun time. We will likely be back when in this area again.“

“Had an amazing stay at asher adams over the weekend, the highlight was going to rouser for an amazing dinner followed by great cocktails and wine upstairs with our family. The food downstairs was truly amazing and the service wonderful. The two gentlemen upstairs at 119 were great to talk too, very knowledgeable on their vast bourbon and rye collection, as well as quick to recommend some great local bars and restaurants to visit, we had a great time exploring some local spots!“

“I attended a Day Party/Brunch yesterday (March 30th) and it was a very nice event, atmosphere, small rooftop area and hookah, nice tables! The DJs played a variety of genres, people socialized and danced. Awesome servers and bartenders. My server, Jacob Meadows, provided excellent service and he was very friendly and personable. I like how there is a food hall directly next door, connected to The Drift Lounge. I highly recommend Taste of Louisiana!“

“Very cool chill spot. Came here on my first night in town to kick off the night. The drinks were great and the service was friendly. It was getting busier and the bartender was working alone and handled it all very well, I was with good company and that made waiting for the drinks just fly by. We had a few drinks ( the first drink was better than the 2nd) and ordered the "chicken" flautas. Didn't taste any chicken at all but the crunchy cheesy rolled up taquitos went well with our drinks.“

“I just spent $18 on a breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese and bacon and diet coke at airport in Salt Lake City! I had to ask customer service rep to drain the bacon! Bacon was sitting in a metal container with grease! I don't understand why this is being allowed! not only is this hugely unsanitary, but also vary gross to see the Rep placing bacon into my burrito with grease dripping off. Additionally, the female at the cash register didn't greet me and she failed to give my order to the 2 males cooking. I think its common courtesy in any food service industry to greet customers. I won't be coming back and would really like a refund for my meal!“

“Went to the Nightmare Before Christmas Pop-Up Bar, which was downstairs, and we had to check our purses at the front. It was fabulously decorated and provided photo ops with the props. However, the dimmed lighting made it very hard to read the extravagant and themed menu. I needed to turn on my phone flashlight to read the menu. The cursive, thinned-lined ingredients of the drinks was the hardest to read. The Pumpkin King Sliders were delicious and were a great value! The Oogie Boogie drink was also very tasty and the presentation was spectacular. Plus, you get to keep the cup! I wasn't a fan of the Zero drink - it was very strong and I could only taste the tequila. Dr. Finklestein's Noodle and Kiss of the Deep were both very delicious and were generous portions, however the noodles could have used more seafood. I do not recommend the Aperol Spritz Pie. The texture and taste were off-putting. We didn't finish it. The service was great and accommodating. The couches were pretty far away from the tables, which made eating awkward because we both had to sit on the edge of the seat to reach. We asked for pillows and they were provided, but didn't seem to help much. Our table was accidentally cleared while we were taking photos, but we did get everything reset and were allowed extra time as the experience is for 90 minutes. Overall, we had a great experience, but the pie left a bad taste in our mouths right before leaving.“

“This is a very mild recommendation. SLC past TSA was clean and easy to walk around in, plus I found some decent vegan food options. The huge problem I had was that I was meeting someone else shortly after I landed, knew when her flight was due to land, but there are NO arrivals boards until you exit security. Ridiculous! I would have walked around in the terminal and probably bought something (vegan) to eat, but after asking multiple staff, I did have to exit security to see if her flight was on time, and it certainly wasn't worthwhile to attempt to go back through TSA to have a better place to walk, eat and wait. The area outside security was full of rushing people, there was nothing I'd have eaten, and I didn't in the least enjoy waiting for my friend.“

“I'll go again for the beer and service. The burger was a burnt, preformed. frozen hockey puck. My burger had the wrong cheese and missing toppings as was described. Get a salad or wings, they looked really good. Fries were crispy and hot! The manager more then made up for it though so I will try again when I fly through SLC next month.“
