The Hamachi Crudo (18$) turned this from a 3-star to a 4-star review. The first bite starts with an earthy crunch and slightly acidic creaminess, which gives way to a rich sweetness. When I tell you I could not put my fork down, I mean it. The steak salad was phenomenal, the Kimchi pickles are out of this world (flavor is bomb and has the best crunch), and the herbed fries are addicting. Get the Cadillac Margarita!!! Great vibes and the service is perfection. Loved our server, Morgan, who was super sweet and attentive. If you’re visiting SLC and need a delicious bite, this is the place!!
