It is located next to a local Target, so they have a great position to succeed with the flow of traffic and a large parking lot. “I recently visited La Cevicheria in Salt Lake City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! If you're a fan of fresh, delicious ceviche, this is the place to go. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of tanginess and spice. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous.

The service was also top-notch. Our waiter, Jordan, was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He made sure we were well taken care of and even gave us great recommendations on the menu. His enthusiasm added to the overall vibe of the place.

“This is a small, family ran and owned business. They are so inviting and excited to have you there. The owner took very good care of our table. Food was delicious and authentic! I got the posole, it had a good amount of meat and packed with flavor! I got my kids some carne asada, and the asada was so flavorful. My mom got the lengua tacos, they were soft and delicious! They also had a variety of house made salsas, and they were all delicious and paired very well with the food! Can't wait to go back!

Parking: Small parking lot. But it is a small place so doesn't need anything bigger.

Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed the asada tacos, beans, rice, and quesadillas. And the chips and salsa, of course.“

“This was a "Sweet Sixteen" party for our granddaughter with about 30 guests. The facility was an excellent place to hold any party with guests up to 50. It was still decorated for the Christmas Holidays and with the birthday additions, it was a perfect place to hold our celebration. Everyone had a grand time. Of course, since it is a party facility owned by the Red Iguana Restaurant, how can you say anything wouldn't be top notch?“

“The food is so good, some of the best mexican food I've had so far in Utah. He might take like 15 minutes or more to make you're food but it's just him by himself, and all the food is made to order and definitely worth the wait. He speaks both English and Spanish and has his menu in both languages. Everything was really decently priced, and the portions are great. I'd definitely come again next time we're in Utah.“

The margaritas and other adult concoctions will lighten your spirits and begin an intoxicating evening for those such inclined. The menu has something for everyone's taste, beginning with chips and salsa and other tapas for your enjoyment. For me, the Chili Verde was excellent and will be my go-to in the future.
The loss of 1 star is soully based on the wait time and parking. Located in a small strip mall, parking is impossible at times, along with the wait time. We checked before leaving our hotel and still had an hour and 45 min wait to be seated.
Overall, we had a fantastic evening with family and friends. With that, it was worth the wait. Get there earlier and stay late.
During the wait, the local hangout A Bar Named Sue is a great way to pass the time.“

“We are a trucking company thats located close to Hacienda. We LOVE this place. Their food is always so fresh and good. And the service is amazing. We eat here at least twice a week and will continue to do so. If you have not eaten here, give them a shot. You wont be dissappointed!!!“

“My favorite place for Mexican food. I've been going since my grandma has taken me, like 10 years ago. My favorite is the smothered burrito special or the cheese enchiladas with chicken. Service is always good, quick and nice. Food always hot, though I will say sometimes the salsa is really good, sometimes it's not as good. But the chips are always good, also the Mexi fries smothered are a good simple plate.“

I had the cubana torta and my colleague had the asada burrito and we loved every single bite. I will be coming back here because quite honestly, the food is better than 90% of what's out there.“
