The tacos are amazing but the attention to detail lacks.
Last time I ordered they forgot my coworker’s burrito.
Ordered again today and all 5 tacos came with just the meat and tortilla. No onion, cilantro, lime, or salsa.

Ever since this place opened around February 2026, my family and I have fallen in love with this joint. The food is delicious, the service is sincere, and the atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and modern.
I absolutely love their tacos al pastor! Their other meats are great as well, and my kids especially love the Mexi Papas.
Like any restaurant, there have been a couple of mistakes here and there, but the way they handle them and make things right is absolutely superb....read full review

It was great food. Definitely you get your moneys worth with the specials they have on taco Tuesday 2x1 and Wednesday Burrito, French fries and a fresh water for only 12.99. Thanks TikTok that suggested this restaurant. After I placed my order they offered me a cup of consome for free while I was waiting for my order. Overall was a great experience. Highly recommended by me

Tacos 801 has been open since around February 2026 and has become a favorite for families. The food is delicious, the service is sincere, and the atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and modern. The tacos are amazing, and the Al Pastor is some of the best in Utah, with well seasoned meat and a slice of pineapple on top. The tripa is superb, and the campechano tacos are seriously delicious. Other meats are great as well, and kids especially love the Mexi Papas. The consume was a nice addition, and the table was surprised with chips and fresh guacamole. The salsa bar has pretty much everything you could want for a taco, with salsas that aren't toned down. The Taco Tuesday deal is ridiculously good, with 2x1, and Wednesday offers a Burrito, French fries and a fresh water for only 12.99. There have been a couple of mistakes here and there, like a forgotten burrito or tacos that came with just the meat and tortilla, with no onion, cilantro, lime, or salsa. However, the way they handle them and make things right is absolutely superb. That kind of service really stands out. The staff is friendly, and the spot is clean, but nothing super fancy. Definitely a must-try.
