Lazaro is a legend. I've heard tell of these amazing burritos and they lived up to the acclaim. Whipping burritos out with speed and precision. Red sauce had the perfect kick and the burrito size was hearty enough to fully satisfy. Running this back next time I'm in SLC.
Incredible food from such a small mobile restaurant! I've been to this place a few times and tonight's delight was a pork burrito with medium-spiced salsa. Lean ground pork surrounded by tender rice and perfectly cooked whole pinto beans and garnished with diced onions, a little spray of lettuce and cilantro. Amazing flavors and $8.50. As someone who has traveled all over the US, this is a top tier truck. The food is authentic, delicious and very reasonably priced! If you choose to get a burrito anywhere else you are a fool... Seriously, try them out! Will get lunch here every single day I am in town.
