“Great meal last night. Crispy Pork Belly was amazing and a generous portion. Followed up with Fire Roasted Maitaki Mushrooms and a glass of Nebbiolo. Rye Boulevardier (a Negoni with whiskey) for a night cap. All delicious. Friendly yet prompt and professional service. Chatted with sommelier Katie about the awesome wine program. Beautiful space. Wil be back next time in SLC.“

“Food, service and experience all exceptional. Capitol Grille nationwide sets high standards for their restaurants and SLC is no exception. Our server, Liz, did a great job taking care of us. “Holy Hannah!! I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to try these guys out and I have no regrets. A very delectable dish, the lobster rolls were, but I can’t wait to go back to eat their clam chowder!! The staff gave us samples of the soup and they were working hard, fast, and were a delight to work with. The dining area was clean and had cute little plants on the tables!! Highly recommend!“

“The wait staff and hostess were absolutely delightful. My friend is allergic to citrus. They went above and beyond making sure that there was nothing on her plate with any citrus. Even going so fat as to check every single item in each dish.

“I had a wonderful experience delivering here today. Staff is very friendly and professional. I arrived an hour before my appointment but that didn't stop them from greeting me warmly, giving me a dock, then walking the paperwork to my truck when finished. In and out with bills in ten minutes. I wish every facility treated us drivers so well. Thank you guys I will gladly deliver here again!“

“Came here with friends. Food was delicious we got the Baja fish tacos and camarones mango habernero. We also got shots which I didn’t take a photo of but a video I can’t share. The presentation was so fun called spacy tamarindo. Jordin was our server - so funny and attentive. We were there for the Argentina VS Switzerland World Cup game and it was fun joking with the whole staff. We will be back“

“None of the food locations in the zoo have a lot of food choices, but Shoreline has better quality food than the other locations. I told the Team Lead that the condiment cups were out, and she was very cheerful and refilled them within 20 seconds.“

“We live in Utah County. The Friday/Saturday evening Prime Rib and Seafood buffet is our favorite place to eat in Salt Lake City. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and we love the waiters, waitresses and other staff members. My husband and I love the prime rib and the paella. I also love the pasta bar, and the huge, delicious dessert selection!“

“Went to this restaurant for our 9th wedding anniversary. It's price range varies from $45-$85 per entree but definitely lives up to the hype. I had the citrus butter cast iron Alaskan halibut and a side of grilled cauliflower with garlic herb sauce, and a Beehive jack rabbit Gin Commander cocktail. My husband got the Wagyu hanger 8 0z steak, mashed potatoes, and The Espolon Tequila Hefe cocktail. For dessert we got the churros drizzled with raspberry sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream to share. Our waiter Kaden was excellent and on top of things, Jose was our busser and was very prompt, professional, and kind, and the chef was excellent and got our food out in a reasonable amount of time. Best Halibut I have ever had and best steak he has ever had.
