“We had a very nice dinner here. We have been here before and will be back. The food is very good. We had the special Elk fillet, the Ahi Tuna dish, and the ChopHouse burger. Two people had the Elk. One cooked rare and the other medium rare. There was definitely a difference and we all agreed cooked exactly as ordered. The Elk was very good. More flavor than a Beef Fillet. The edges of the elk were a little chewy it was in a bad way. The seared Ahi was very flavorful as well. The burger was very juicy. The sides were fine. The cooked carrots were a little bland. The mushrooms and the Brussels were good. The service was excellent! We didn’t try a desert. They have cool tables outside in bubbles that look like a nice experience. Need to reserve those it looks like.

“Nothing terribly special about the atmosphere. It's just a small place with some tables and chairs. But the food was phenomenal. I had a lobster roll and clam chowder and both were the best iterations of those I've ever had. I've never had such meaty, and hardy clam chowder and anywhere I've been. And the lobster roll was so flavorful and soft. I would jump at any chance I got to go back.“

“The food was better than usual. I'm not sure if we're a fan of the decision to bring us everything to eat, as we wasted a HUGE amount of food. I'd rather be given a way to select things and having them brought out. That said, we would not have selected the salmon wellington and our waitress said really you MUST eat it and it was the best thing we were served.“

“Service was very good throughout with spot-on recommendations. American wagyu rib cap cooked to chef's recommendation (med rare) was cooked perfect in the middle, but for $100+ it was grisly and the sear on one side was charred. I had to cut the whole end off to not get burnt meat taste in every bite. My wife ordered filet minon from Niman and it was excellent. Oysters, beef tartare, lobster bisque, Edge salad, brussel sprouts, and garlic mash all were great choices. Bone marrow and tiramisu cheesecake we would not order again. Not bad, just nothing special and not to our taste. Wine menu was decent with several half bottle options that are good for smaller parties. Mixed drinks did not disappoint. Overall a wonderful date night for the wife and I.“

“Owner was here and seated us- took our order and cooked our meal! HOLY MOLY, thee best shrimp and fish tacos I have ever had! Chips and salsa were hot and homemade! Don’t be skeptical of the outside of this spot! This will be our go to anytime we are in Heber! This is a 15 out of 10!!“

“We were visiting Heber City from Nevada and stopped here twice for dinner during our stay. The birria and carne asada were really good. The fries for the carne asada fries were crispy and not soggy. The portions were very generous and the food was freshly prepared. There’s a fully stocked salsa bar, and the cashiers were very friendly. Super surprised to find good Mexican food in Heber City, and this is definitely the place to come to! Also, definitely try the salsa de molcajete.“

“My wife took me here for my birthday and we couldn't have been happier! The French Onion Soup was delicious! We ordered the New York Strip and the Filet Minogn, and they were so tender and juicy! Perfectly cooked! The waiter was fast and friendly! We are definitely going to come back!“

“Brandon, Larry, and the rest of the amazing staff working tonight made our dinner here one we will never forget! When I say they went above and beyond to make dining with our group of 10 an experience unlike any other we’ve had, I’m not exaggerating.
