Not only was the food incredible, but the Chef took the time to personally engage with us, offering one-on-one service that made the meal feel truly special. I Highly Recommend
9/20/26: Grumpy old guy here. Google needs to provide 1/2 a star rating to each review. Sterling deserves 4.5 stars., but I gave them a rare 5. Their location is in a shopping center, I guess to save on rent.

Fantastic steak with great service. Doesn’t quite live up to the full steakhouse experience but still delightful

Sterling Steak & Lounge offers an exceptional dining experience with friendly service, amazing cocktails, and live music. The menu features delectable dishes like the fantastic burger and the always-delicious sea bass. The restaurant's warm ambiance and well-spaced courses create a fantastic atmosphere. Located in Kimball Junction, Sterling Steak & Lounge is an awesome Rock & Roll themed steakhouse that is beautifully done inside. The food and service were excellent. They typically have a wild “game” entree so try that. The omelette is a MUST if you go there.
