“Beautiful space and friendly staff. Cocktails and wine list were A1. Food was mostly great - my companions loved all their food, but my entree (gnocchi & grilled chicken) was bland and several elements were either under or overcooked. Apps and deserts were hits across the board.“

“Had dinner this week at The 7880 Club and really enjoyed the ambiance, service and view. Clam Chowder was phenomenal. Ordered the Osso Bucco and it came out luke warm. I suspect they don’t make to order, and likely have on chaffing dishes or refire when ordered. Completely understandable, just wish it was warmer. I was able to send back and they brought out a warmer dish.Id still recommend this location and had a great time. The Old Fashioned was delicious, great desserts, appetizers were delish as well.“

“Great experience! DELICIOUS food and cocktails. Only complaint was a bit of slow service. Seemed there was only 1 server on our side of the restaurant but she was pleasant when she came by. Not sure if it's always that way. We are in town during the slow/ mud season“

“Not only was the food incredible, but the Chef took the time to personally engage with us, offering one-on-one service that made the meal feel truly special. I Highly Recommend“

“Good restaurant with great views. The food is OK but it’s like five out of 10 for burgers and I would say 6.5 out of 10 for the salmon that we got but the service is very good and attentive. Overall, not bad, but could be much better for your hotel 🏨 of this caliber.“

“Great atmosphere with a very friendly staff! We had an infant with our party of 6 and made a reservation in the bar area, unfortunately the high chair wasn’t high enough, but the staff quickly accommodated us by moving us to another section quickly.
The food was incredible, the kung pao tofu was amazing, so much so that we forgot to take a photo! Even the meat eaters loved it! My husband and friend got the filet, which was perfectly cooked, I got the mushrooms dish, I don’t recall what it was called, but it was perfection, and my sister got the Queens chicken which she raved about.
Do yourself a favor and make a reservation here!“

“Not sure how they keep all of this elaborate food tasting fresh but they do. I’ve been very impressed with every lunch I’ve had here. Staff is friendly and engaging. Build out is clean and welcoming. High end ingredients and flavor at a very reasonable price. And it’s fast!“

“From the moment they checked our coats we were treated like family. It was an unforgettable experience. The soft lighting, the plush seating, and the attentive staff all created a sense of luxury and sophistication. We started with the Oysters which were beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Seabass, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with snap peas and lentils. My husband had the wild game trio which included Buffalo, Venison, and Elk. Cooked medium rare and the perfect portion size. Our 12 year old had the 7 Oz Center Cut Filet and it was honestly the best we had ever eaten as far as flavor and tenderness. We finished our meals with the Molten Lava Cake, Tiramisu, and Pudding which was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. It was light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Riverhorse on Main. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.“

“Absolutely top tier dining experience. The manager TJ has created an incredible atmosphere, from the perfect food to the charismatic service staff. Our server Ryan was a riot and full of exceptional suggestions and recommendations, which we appreciated. He talked us into getting Elk chops, totally outside our usual comfort zone, and it ended up being the star of the show. The garlic scallop nigiri was also totally righteous. Next time we come to Park City we are definitely staying with the Pendry group, they know how to do it right.“

“The restaurant was recommended to me by two different people who had been there before. The ambience is great. The mountain decor and the setting is very intimate. The food and the food presentation was spectacular and the service was superb. The only glitch was our food took about 45 minutes to arrive at our table after ordering. We made mention of that to one of the servers and we're told that it is always a 40 minute wait because of the small kitchen and the fact that everything is made from scratch. We were a bit puzzled, however, When another server apologized to us sometime after the food was delivered to the table. He said that that should never have happened and gave us a complimentary dessert. We were a bit confused but had a great time with great food and would definitely go back,“

“Service was very good throughout with spot-on recommendations. American wagyu rib cap cooked to chef's recommendation (med rare) was cooked perfect in the middle, but for $100+ it was grisly and the sear on one side was charred. I had to cut the whole end off to not get burnt meat taste in every bite. My wife ordered filet minon from Niman and it was excellent. Oysters, beef tartare, lobster bisque, Edge salad, brussel sprouts, and garlic mash all were great choices. Bone marrow and tiramisu cheesecake we would not order again. Not bad, just nothing special and not to our taste. Wine menu was decent with several half bottle options that are good for smaller parties. Mixed drinks did not disappoint. Overall a wonderful date night for the wife and I.“

“We had a party of 9, last minute change they accommodated. Dinner service was like Emirl's BAM.. all at once.... Yes, all of us served at once. Food was exceptional and service even better. Fantastic wine list and something on the menu for everyone, even vegetarian. Atmosphere is historic, but elegant. Definitely will be back!!“

“Very pretty building. Didn't try everything, but the food certainly smelled good and folks seemed to enjoy it. Expensive, but all food on-mountain typically is. It tends to be very busy around lunch and difficult to get seating, however.“
“Very nice for taking a break skiing. The turkey chili was amazing and great employees. I wish they had a restroom on the main floor instead of going to the basement with ski boots, but it was great. Pricey, but that was to be expected. For 4 of us to eat lunch it was over $100.“

“I haven’t eaten lunch or dinner here but I’ve had breakfast. You can order off of their menu or they also do a breakfast buffet. I’ve done the buffet and I’ve also ordered off of the menu. The bananas foster French toast is really good.“

“It's rare that I go somewhere and it exceeds my expectations. From the outstanding service to the incredible food, Apex hits all the senses. The sommelier gave a second to none recommendation to compliment the delectable Wagyu beef and there are no words to describe the desserts... I will come back to Deer Valley just to experience Apex again.“

“Dining at Goldener Hirsch in Park City feels like being transported straight to a cozy Swiss cottage. The atmosphere, with its fireplaces and elegant decor, is enchanting—like stepping into an exquisite fondue restaurant in Switzerland. The experience is absolutely worth it, but there’s one important thing to note: the cheese fondue doesn’t bring enough cheese. If you love fondue like we do, be prepared. We were a group of four and had to order two servings just to feel satisfied. It’s a disappointment considering it’s one of their signature dishes.
The food overall is excellent—the salmon was a standout—but the portions for the fondue are underwhelming for the price. Speaking of prices, this restaurant is very expensive. The cheese fondue is pricey, and the wine is even more so—our bottle was over $160.
That said, the ambiance and quality of the food make this a unique, memorable experience. Just be prepared for the cost and keep in mind that the fondue portions could be more generous. Still, I’d recommend it for the atmosphere alone—it’s a little piece of Switzerland in Park City.“
