This place consistently underperforms which is frustrating. The Canyons base can clearly support a nice sit down restaurant as an alternative to all the basic on mountain lodges and the basic Red Talon grill next door. The menu looks promising with bourguignon for example sitting next to the obligatory mountain burger. And yet the food is unevenly cooked (warmed up?). I’ve been here a few times before. Always found the place pretty good and the prices… Well it’s Park city and it’s on the mountain. What can you say?This last time nothing We ate was at all remarkable, our waiter wanted to talk more about himself and tell us about the menu, and we left Feeling $400 poor and not really that satisfied with the experience or food. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

My experience here was decent and I was satisfied with the quality of the food. A 28 dollar burger was pretty steep, but this is a vacation spot so I kind of expected that.
