My husband and I came in to try something new and we were blown away with the staff and the food at Kuchu Shabu! We had an appetizer (chicken karaage) and it was perfectly good, a little crispy, and delicious. I had never tried a Japanese hot pot and Austin was very helpful with the best instructions and recommendations! I was very pleased with my choice. We enjoyed our first visit to this busy popular place next door to our condo at the Sundal. We sat at the bar and both tried the Shabu Shabu. It's a little like cooking your own fondue at your seat. Our server was excellent! She explained everything and had terrific suggestions. The food was delicious and tasted great as there were leftovers. Yum! I definitely will put this restaurant into our rotation of places we loved!

Ben may not know who Coolio is but he definitely knows the menu. Most amazing Ramen we've ever had and we've had a lot of Ramen. Hot pot made my girlfriend do the happy dance and the wagyu absolutely melted in your mouth. Thank you for making one of our dinner nights such an amazing
