The accounting dept of this admittedly high end Hotel is ran by an incompetent buffoon (specifically a rude woman who proudly and condescendingly identified herself as Audrey Garcia, who likes to hang up on clients after challenging them to leave negative reviews blah blah blah…). Via an accounting “error” she admitted charging my card (provided at check-in for incidentals only), after our company pre-paid for roughly 30 rooms at $949 each, and has refused to refund or provide...read full review
Mutliple Staff was yelling at me when all I wanted to do was park my car but apparently my car wasn't nice enough i had 2 valet tell Me to f*** off and leave and they refused to help me and started yelling at me when I tried to say anything to the point that I started crying and then security felt bad and finally helped me. I've never been treated like that in my life by hotel staff they where very aggressive and I tried to calm down the situation and in return I got yelled at....read full review
