“I like the taste of the soups taste good here I’d suggest be mitre consistent I feel like I’m getting overcharged at times I can explain because I have come in a few times ordered a large soup and might get like one pieces of lobster in the lobster bisque but then I order a lunch combo and half a soup and salad and my lobster bisque smaller half the size has 4x the amount of lobster than j had in my large so I think working on consistency would be good cause it’s just not cool to spend money on a large soup and get way less ingredients than I get when I get half a soup“

“The sea bass was perfect with balanced and diverse flavors complimenting it. Oysters were great too, just wish there were more of them. The banana bread old fashioned was on point and uniquely flavored. Expensive overall as expected but a great experience.“

“An excellent experience. I had heard that everything was very delicious, and finally I went for the first time the day before yesterday. I ordered shrimp tacos and tortilla soup, and everything was delicious. Our server Manu took very good care of us and was very kind. Also, considering it is located right on Main Street, the prices are very affordable. I 100% recommend this restaurant! Great food!“

“Despite the reviews, my party of three (2 adults, 1 infant) tried La Stellina with 5:30 pm reservations on a Friday night during our stay at The St. Regis because we love Italian food and wanted to stay on property our first evening.

Consistent with other reviews, the service was exceptional. We really enjoyed our server, Raianne, who was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu, and the gentleman, Jacob, who kept our waters filled and table cleaned. He was very kind and attentive too. The manager, whose name I failed to get, came over and checked on us and went above and beyond to care for us.

We ordered the lasagna and bolognese. My husband thought the lasagna was super cheesy, but he still ate every bite. My bolognese wasn’t the best I ever had, but I have no complaints. Would we go back for the food? Probably not, but for a one time Italian meal on property, we enjoyed it!

If you’re on the fence about going, I would say it’s worth going to, especially for the excellent service!“

“I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and the phenomenal customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We had wings, pizza, tacos, salad, onions rings and fries. The food was so delicious. I should also mention how yummy their fry sauce is. I know, such a Utahn thing to say😁BUT it really was sooo good.“

“The chili was delicious and hearty. I'm usually skeptical on any chili but my own but this dish was great. They served it with all the fixins and had fritos to top it with. The lodge was not too crowded and we were able to find seating easily, which isn't easy at most vail owned resorts. I will mention that the cashier/bartender tried to serve me a pilsner when I asked for a pale ale or IPA and didn't understand the concept of 12 oz vs 16 of beers. I wouls suggest some beverage/bartender training. But overall great experience on the mountain.“

“The burgers were amazing, we were a group of 8 and everyone loved their food, mine burger I asked for medium and came well done and dry, but I didn’t complain because it’s fine, until the check came and we asked to pay separately and our waitress made such a terrible face and said that she was going to give us check and we were supposed to figure out.

After noticing what she did, she tried to be nice, but not worth it.

Next time I hope she is having better day and put a smile on her face.“

“This busy little restaurant has expanded to the second floor! The servers were AMAZING- quick to make accommodations with menu, diligent service throughout the meal , and perfect timing with a takeaway lunch for the next day's ride on our tour. That's right- so good we had to have more. Liked the pick two option. I recommend the pastrami Reuben and beet salad myself- and I know NY Deli.“
