Despite the reviews, my party of three (2 adults, 1 infant) tried La Stellina with 5:30 pm reservations on a Friday night during our stay at The St. Regis because we love Italian food and wanted to stay on property our first evening.

I had dinner at La Stellina at The St. Regis Deer Valley, and we had a wonderful five-course meal.
The Caesar salad had a very smooth and delicious dressing. The beef carpaccio was sliced incredibly thin and tasted very fresh. Our server, Cheyenne, was amazing. Literally the best server at a restaurant I’ve had in years. Very personable, gave great recommendations. Made sure everything was to our liking, always refilled water. All around 10/10
