Great pub atmosphere, friendly service, good food, and the peanut butter pie was awesome. I also enjoyed seeing the brewing equipment inside the restaurant.
I don't drink alcohol, but Squatters was still exactly the kind of place I was looking for—a comfortable spot to unwind, have a good meal, and take a break from the conference hustle.

“We ordered takeout tonight. Had the Bucatini with meat sauce, a bit spicy but very good. Also the Pappardelle la Americana which was excellent! My New York Italian-American wife said the meatballs were very good, not an easy compliment to come by. We also had the Panzanella veggie salad to start, also very good & not overdressed.

This food was on par with much more expensive Italian places, a nice surprise.

I always order the Astroburger. The pastrami with the burger, cheese, and veggies, is so very good. I live closer to SLC than I would like but when I feel I need a burger I go to the Draper Astroburger.“
