Based on the reviews, Cafe Zupas is a great place with amazing food that uses healthy, clean ingredients. The Try 2 combo with the brisket grilled cheese and the mushroom bisque are both delicious. The staff are all super friendly, cool, and efficient. The service is quick, and the level of attentiveness, care, and friendliness is out of this world. The team goes above and beyond to help in detailed ways, like making things sit better in the box so soup doesn't slosh around. The interior design is better than other locations. The staff are very personable and kind, and they are happy to answer questions about the bowls and make any changes. A manager was knowledgeable about how to help navigate allergies and was great at handling an uncooperative customer. Overall, the restaurant meets every expectation and exceeds them, making customers want to return.
