Much slower than most other Wendy's locations. I will avoid this one in the future
We placed a large order for our company and they did a great job! Their manager, Mario, provided great customer service. He had the order ready promptly at the time we requested, and made sure we had all of the items we ordered. The meal turned out great and the food was excellent!
To the Owner, I said my order this way—I will have two breakfast sandwiches, one with cheese and egg, and the other with cheese and sausage, both on English muffins – after saying that, she asked, Do you want those on a biscuit or English muffins? I received two cheese and egg on English muffins. When I went back in to correct the mistake I received a sausage on an English muffin with NO cheese. Recently, there have been reports of the soda machine being out of several flavors, and some staff showing attitude when asked to fill drinks from the dispenser. The fries are sometimes not fresh. Despite these drawbacks, this Wendy's location is notable for its cleanliness and tidiness, and the staff is generally friendly. Overall, the restaurant maintains a good standard of service and quality, though occasional problems with food and service can occur.
