The chef, Abel, came out to talk to me about what he could make for me and customize a dish. He double checked a little bit later and offered more options. The food was SO good! “Let me start with the hospitality was absolutely fabulous. We were greeted with smiles by all the staffers there. Place was busy but I was told it gets busier. There’s plenty of dishes to choose from the menu. There’s something for everyone. The fact that the condiments were filled and I didn’t have to ask for extra anything was truly a BIG plus. As first timers we did have a hard time deciding on what to order. One things for sure we will be returning. Everything we ordered was fresh and so delicious. Despite that the place was busy we got our food pretty quickly. Highly recommended this establishment. 10/10 must eat here and if undecided get you some Sidro’s chilaquiles. Chefs kiss! 💋“

“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! “Visited when in town for a wedding and Franklin Ave became our go-to stop. Their food is delicious. On our last night they were busy and we could only be seated downstairs. We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

Half way through dinner dhe starts vacuuming near our table like that rather gross when were trying to eat. I got the chicken fried steak I was most of the way through and I bit into a piece of plastic bread tie! Glenda mumbled a half hearted apology and took it off the bill but no management came to speak to me and apologize. Not impressed with the service or meal.“

“have been there a couple dozen times and will keep going back the HOSS is the best thing but it is the only thing I have ever had but everything is great the waitresses are all very nice and helpful but please don't take my word for it get there and try it for yourself it is the best place to eat it is my Saturday morning spot the one on 1700 south was there yesterday. So get off the couch and please get to Sweet Lake Biscuits & Limeade you will be happy you did... also get on the wait list before you get there it's a busy place because it is great“

“Wow! First- the entire staff here were top notch- not one person standing around even though I came in at a relatively slow moment. Every single person stayed busy, but Cynthia was a standout. She was really pleasant and very attentive. She was doing it all- making shakes, running the drive through, taking orders at the front, restocking, sweeping, wiping tables, and literally had a smile on her face the whole time. Take care of Cynthia, guys!! Ive been to a lot of Apollo burgers around the SL and Utah Valleys (bc I love the Greek salad so much), but this was my favorite location. We were waiting at our table for 10 minutes before even getting our drinks, then had to wait another 10 minutes before getting to order our food. An older guy started serving us who I think was actually the bartender was really nice tho and even gave us 2 free mint ice cream cake desserts for free at the end so that made up for it. I don't know why he was helping all the tables around us while there was 2 young workers at the front on their phones and talking to me it looked like we're only helping with greeting and seating people.“

“My husband and I had dinner there a few nights ago and the food was fabulous. My pork osso buco was so tender and my husband’s chicken provoleta was equally delicious. We also had the spinach and artichoke dip with artisan flat bread and the multi layer chocolate cake and loved both. My education is in design so I pay close attention to my surroundings. The restaurant is beautifully designed and not overdone and from what I saw every table in the restaurant has a view of the city. The flatware was the perfect weight and designed by the well known British designer Robert Welch and lastly the beautiful linens are manufactured in Italy for a beautiful soft finishing touch. All and all it was a wonderful dinner and the staff was perfect, especially our server Sam she was very professional. When we were leaving we saw one of the chefs and told him how much we loved our dinner. He informed us that they have only been open for a week and a half. We were really surprised. I’ve been to other restaurants that have been open for months and can’t get the food and staff in sync no matter how hard they try. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back and will be bringing friends.“

“Love the food here and the servers are great but after being here for an hour, the manager actually came to our table and told us to leave. Said the wait list is long and we can go to the lobby to socialize. By the way the lobby was nearly empty. We asked to talk to the manager, he said he was it and when we asked if he was serious, he chuckled and said yes. We even left an extra $20 for the server because we knew we’d be here longer. We are a paying table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant - this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good practice to get people to come back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!“
