“Three of us went to this location a couple of days ago. We were warmly greeted and seated. Trish was our server and took excellent care of us.

I ordered the ham and cheese omlet with hashbrowns and pancakes. It tasted great! I would definitely order this again.

I noticed several what I assumed to be regulars arrive. Trish knew right away how they took their coffee. This said volumes to me.

For years I have driven by Deez restaurants and wondered how they have stayed in business for so long. Now I know. The food is simple and yummy. The enviornment is clean and bright. The service is exceptional.

“This is a place I'll definitely keep saved for any future visits to the area! Great variety on the menu for all tastes. The pancakes our large enough to share and looked fluffy delicious. We went for lunch and the 3 of us ordered a burger, huevos dish and a rueben. Everything was fresh tasting as well as yummy to the eyes. The servers are friendly but the cost was incredibly reasonable to this Californian. Quaint & delicious.“

Yeah really that good, had the Okie burger because I love an onion fried burger. But the menu has a few other innovative special burgers worth a look.

“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! “Visited when in town for a wedding and Franklin Ave became our go-to stop. Their food is delicious. On our last night they were busy and we could only be seated downstairs. We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

“We got served by Glenda E and she was rather rude and not very friendly, not as nice as the other older ladies who serve there. Half way through dinner dhe starts vacuuming near our table like that rather gross when were trying to eat. I got the chicken fried steak I was most of the way through and I bit into a piece of plastic bread tie! Glenda mumbled a half hearted apology and took it off the bill but no management came to speak to me and apologize. Not impressed with the service or meal.“

“Wow! First- the entire staff here were top notch- not one person standing around even though I came in at a relatively slow moment. Every single person stayed busy, but Cynthia was a standout. She was really pleasant and very attentive. She was doing it all- making shakes, running the drive through, taking orders at the front, restocking, sweeping, wiping tables, and literally had a smile on her face the whole time. Take care of Cynthia, guys!! Ive been to a lot of Apollo burgers around the SL and Utah Valleys (bc I love the Greek salad so much), but this was my favorite location. We were waiting at our table for 10 minutes before even getting our drinks, then had to wait another 10 minutes before getting to order our food. An older guy started serving us who I think was actually the bartender was really nice tho and even gave us 2 free mint ice cream cake desserts for free at the end so that made up for it. I don't know why he was helping all the tables around us while there was 2 young workers at the front on their phones and talking to me it looked like we're only helping with greeting and seating people.“

Said the wait list is long and we can go to the lobby to socialize. By the way the lobby was nearly empty. We asked to talk to the manager, he said he was it and when we asked if he was serious, he chuckled and said yes. We even left an extra $20 for the server because we knew we’d be here longer. We are a paying table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant - this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good practice to get people to come back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!“

There are lovely windows in the front that you can look out onto the Avenue. There is outdoor seating when the weather is warm. The service is fantastic! Cascade was our server. She is exceptional!! They are able to accommodate food allergies easily. The food is amazing!! It is so flavorful and cooked to perfection! The presentation is beautiful! We had the Pickled Beet Salad, Fish and Chips and Mountain Hamburger. Again, everything was cooked and presented with perfection!! I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.“

That, along with their truly delicious food, is just 1 of the many reasons I keep coming back. Each day they serve a different daily special. Their meatball sub and sloppy Joe's are my favorites so far. Their chicken cordon blue is FANTABULOUS as well. But, it's more than just the food that keeps me coming back. Mandy, the owner, is exactly how 1 would expect an owner to be. Her friendliness towards every customer is more than just amazing. “We came in expecting nothing and left extremely happy!
We sat at the bar. The bartender was very polite and helped us lightning fast. She brought out the food piping hot and make great drinks!
I was also very happy with the prices. After seeing the price of beer and cocktails at chilli's it was very refreshing to have $5 beers and $8 candy-like cocktail slushies!

The only thing was that our drinks took forever. They were delicious when we finally got them, but it really took a long time. We each enjoyed a cocktail with our appetizers and ordered a glass of wine for the entrees but the entrees can out long before our wine. I was nearly finished with my entree by the time my time arrived.“
