My go to is the Frisco Burger. The Pot Pies and desert pies are also fantastic. The prices have gone up over there years, but so has everywhere else.“

“Great food, great staff! Just about all you need, to be a great watering hole. But the Barbary Coast doesn't stop there. This is also a great place to check out some great bands. It's an awesome place to stop for lunch during the week, dinner and dancing on the weekends, and if you're an early riser on weekends they have great breakfasts.“

The burgers were not that great, the fries were decent and although the onion rings were average they had the novelty of being pretty big. But all of that was overshadowed by how great the milkshakes were here. I tried the pineapple milk shake and it was definitely the best milkshake I had in a while. The shake had great texture, fresh taste, and pieces of pineapple inside. Would definitely come back here for more, just for the shake though.“

The design and decor are absolutely stunning, and the staff from the door person to the host to the servers and managers were all so friendly and knowledgeable. We started off with the chips and whipped feta, hamachi crudo, snap peas, and ribs. All were delicious in their own rite. For the main course, I had the pasta special which included handmade pappardelle noodles, duck, oyster mushrooms, and a spicy red sauce. Yum! The miso cod, bolognese, and fish sandwich were also ordered and everyone in our group was over the moon with their selections. For dessert we shared the maple pecan respado - a must try dessert! Cocktails were amazing per usual.“

Their flavors and pairings don't really complement each other, they contrast each other in an amazing way. Burrata, tomato, and some peanuts in the same appetizer was one amazing example. Ribs with all this on the side was a flavor explosion- dill potato, charred tomato sauce, chili-cucumber, horseradish goat cheese, fennel-mint salad. And great service- our server left us to enjoy our meals, but seemed to stop by at just the right moments.“

The service at this Wingers is exceptional. I don’t think I have ever waited longer than 15 minutes to get my food even with a packed house. The waiters are welcoming, consistently check for refills, and are fast when they see the old hand signal for the bill. You will definitely be leaving a tip here.

“Came here for coffee and a light breakfast. I got the toast of the day, beet hummus and ricotta and my friend got the sandwich of the day, ham and cheese. The toast was good but was pretty expensive at $9. The sandwich was a better deal at $12 and was quite tasty but it had really fibrous, inedible pieces of fennel in it which you had to pick out. I also got a couple pastries and a sourdough loaf to-go. The pain au chocolate was $9 but was ridiculously good, so flaky and buttery! Worth it as a special treat. The food was good but didn't seem worth the price, I think the move for table x bread is going for the freshly baked pastries and breads instead of ordering the toasts/sandwiches. Their bread is so good, crispy and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside, highly recommend the sourdough. The drip coffee was also worth it, very flavorful and reasonably priced. If you plan to eat here, be mindful that there are only 3 indoor seats (there are several small tables outside).“

“The park cafe is my go to every Sunday without fail. Everything on the menu is amazing. I moved away for a few years and the only thing I missed in Salt Lake City was The park cafe and the Cathedral of Madeleine. It’s not just the best breakfast in SLC it’s the best breakfast period. The staff is amazing they make you feel like family.

“I was very impressed with this place. Had been driving past it for a while now and finally had a chance to get dinner. We ordered the enchiladas and the Mediterranean Chicken Kabob bowl and both were excellent. The flavors were incredible and everything was so fresh and healthy. The service was fast and friendly and the place was clean and decorated cute. We will definitely go back to try more, this may be my new favorite place for healthy and delicious food!
