I like the Vessel Kitchen because it's one of the few places where healthy food actually tastes exciting. This time I ordered the Hash Hash, and the combination of braised beef, sweet potato hash, feta, and horseradish crema was outstanding. The ingredients always taste fresh, and the sauces are what make everything come together.
