Really good.
Hear me out. For the last TWENTY YEARS, every time I've ordered hashbrowns in a restaurant, I've told the server that I like mine crispy and asked the cook to griddle both sides. Every time, the server says, 'No problem!'
Every freaking time, the cook will griddle only one side and fold them over on themselves to hide their demonic laziness. As if I wouldn't notice.

Root'd is a fantastic all-around restaurant offering phenomenal food, quality, and service. The staff is super friendly, diligent, and attentive. Great for breakfast, dinner, or a family outing, the atmosphere includes corn hole for the kids and a great hang out. Meals are made with love. Popular dishes include the steak frites, which is so good, and the steak cooked perfectly. The Eggs Benedict is the best ever, though one guest noted the poached eggs can be overcooked; however, the server came to the rescue, apologizing and having the dish remade with a perfectly cooked poached egg and fresh Sauce Hollandaise. Other menu highlights include the Gingerberry Mojito, a fantastic dark chocolate latte, huevos rancheros, eggs Bennie, and pancakes. The whole atmosphere is great, especially sitting outside on the deck. With great vibes, delicious coffee, prosciutto, and Hollandaise, guests leave full and happy, becoming regulars overnight and planning to return.
