“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC. I'll stop at Alpha again - to try the Poly! :)“

“I stopped in for the first time and I am unaware what which craft they put into the frozen mocha, but, Java Jo's now owns my soul... the perfect blend of mocha and espresso. we need a Jo's in West Valley“

“We were very satisfied with both the service and the food, and it was overall a delicious and fun experience.

However, I wanted to bring a significant issue to your attention. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant, with the room temperature appearing to be around 84 degrees. The heat was so uncomfortable that for our team and could not stand it and had to leave early.

While we enjoyed the meal, the temperature was a major problem for our group. I hope this can be addressed for future events.“

“What an amazing breakfast we had. We filled the entire square table with all our dishes. We all agreed the French toast was dynamite. It isn’t trying to be fancy, just fluffy, delicious French toast. The sourdough bread also top notch. (Comes buttered). The porridge was great, but comes with peanut butter mixed in. The avocado toast - they also kept simple, but really, really great, fresh sliced tomatoes and I had over easy eggs on top. Two types of hot sauce on the table. My husband loved his corned beef omelette and my friend loved the breakfast burrito, he called it gourmet! Two thumbs up, 5 stars for sure and I’m a very picky food gal.“

The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the portions were great, plenty of rice. The staff were so nice and just attentive enough; checking in and refilling water without being over bearing. “Went to this restaurant for our 9th wedding anniversary. It's price range varies from $45-$85 per entree but definitely lives up to the hype. I had the citrus butter cast iron Alaskan halibut and a side of grilled cauliflower with garlic herb sauce, and a Beehive jack rabbit Gin Commander cocktail. My husband got the Wagyu hanger 8 0z steak, mashed potatoes, and The Espolon Tequila Hefe cocktail. For dessert we got the churros drizzled with raspberry sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream to share. Our waiter Kaden was excellent and on top of things, Jose was our busser and was very prompt, professional, and kind, and the chef was excellent and got our food out in a reasonable amount of time. Best Halibut I have ever had and best steak he has ever had. “Mr’s D’s has the freshest veggies and the best broth out of all the personal hot pot restaurants in the city.

I was blown away by how delicious and refreshing the soup base is, they're light, not heavy or oily, and is made in-house. The veggies and meats are fresh and taste amazing. My sausages were cut into shapes of tiny octopus which was adorable. The sauce station, snacks, and the free rice are an added bonus as well.

I've stopped by once every other week, even when as the weather gets warmer. This is such a great spot and a hidden gem!“

The lady working there at the front was also so kind and genuine and warm, made me feel like going to my thea's/yiayia's house as a kid to get fed. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food.“
