We went for breakfast burritos. My husband got the trinity and I got the chopped brisket. We also got their french toast for the kids. All were fantastic. The staff were really nice and the portions were so big we had enough leftovers for another meal! Will definitely go back again!
Over the Coles catered a baked potato bar at our office and it was super yummy. The shredded chicken was well seasoned, the queso was creamy and rich, and the baked beans were to die for!

10/10. I ran into this place when a sponsored ad showed up on instagram showcasing their brisket breakfast burrito and it didn’t disappoint. The pit master was on the competition circuit and decided to open a shop. The food was fantastic! Everything is fresh, smoked perfectly and not too much dry rub or too little so you can really taste the flavor of the meat! Give “Over the Coal’s” a go, you won’t regret it!
