This is a place for a traditional English tea not a typical American lunch dining spot.
I love this place! I go there after hard work days and get the chicken salad sandwiches and wassail. It instantly brightens my day. They have a wide variety of teas, including herbal, and it’s a wonderful experience to share with friends. I go in groups often too and had my birthday party here.
12/10 small business. The owners and staff are fantastic and deserve all the good things.
What a lovely time! Aunt Rae and her staff are so accommodating. We arrived on a very busy day, there was a school practicing etiquette! We all thought this was an amazing way to practice manners! Even though they were tending to a large group, we never felt neglected. Our tea, sandwiches and scones were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Auntie Rae's Sweets and Tea Parties offers a traditional English tea experience, with a good selection of teas, finger sandwiches, scones with jam, and pastries. They also serve authentic Dole whip and sausage rolls. The restaurant has a private parking lot and offers private tea parties, perfect for a one-on-one date or special occasions. There is a kid-friendly corner with toys to keep children entertained while waiting, making it a good spot for families. The scones and lemon curd are highly recommended. Visitors have praised the delicious food, especially the clotted cream and scones, and many have enjoyed the fun experiences like murder mystery tea parties. The building is a little hidden but has plenty of parking. While not wheelchair accessible due to stairs, there is main floor seating available, and guests are advised to call ahead for the most accessible rooms. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to dietary restrictions, checking teas for allergens like lavender and offering vegetarian options, though they may not always be clearly labeled. Overall, it is a lovely place to enjoy a traditional tea, celebrate special occasions, or just relax.
