This food is awesome. We bought ribs for my sons Eagle Scout award banquet. They were perfectly cooked and perfectly sauced. The sauce is a very traditional barbecue sauce with just a touch more of everything. Not super hot. Not super smokey just super. Working with this place was a dream.Super accommodating of our schedule and super easy to work out a pick up time with. Biggest thing that changed my world was that even when we arrived over 30 minutes AFTER THEY CLOSED, he was ready and waiting with our order. We just called him telling him we were coming as fast as we could and there he was when we got there. Meier's catered my parents 90th & 91st birthday party. Over 120 family member attended the party and the catering went off flawless. Service excellent, food excellent and staffed did an excellent job. I highly recommend Heier's for any event.
