“Wonderful ambiance.We ate brunch on the patio on a terrific spring day after catching some of the SLC Marathon.We had the Oasis omelet, grilled cheese and soup, grilled tuna sandwich (photo uncle), steak sandwich ( photo included), and chicken sandwich with avocado.The service was exceptional throughout.I highly recommend this establishment.“

“This place is so cute! From pulling up they have a little balcony with cute lights strung up, to walking inside it is such a cute authentic place to go have a drink. This was my first time trying Kombucha and it is something I cannot believe I've never tried before. Employees were quick and prompt which was very nice. Get nothing else. Their barbecued skewers is legit. I don't know why the owners keep adding and diluting their menu choices with boring American-Chinese fare like Broccoli and Orange Chicken. Do they not realize how good their skewers are? That their restaurant can stand with just their barbecued meats? Stop trying to be a generic Chinese restaurant. Stick with the dream of serving the best BBQ sticks in the valley. Don't muddle what your restaurant is about. Be proud. Be unique. We'll do our part and eat just your delicious meat skewers.“

“I have been to Kennedy's Cabaret a couple of times now. Kennedy, the owner, is inspiring. What she is doing goes beyond Cabaret. Search Instagram for ariasaerials19These are just two of the fine talent Kennedy's Cabaret showcases.Aria came to our table, after her performance, and spoke with my wife and myself. She showed genuine interest in meeting us. Aria is not only talented but an athlete with strength to impress. Her pole and hoop work just amazed me.Ciara is also extremely talented and an athlete as well. She is very kind and thoughtful performer. She asked me what music artist I liked and she then gave, what felt like, a personal performance for me; making eye contact, having a smile and I swear she winked at me.Both Aria and Ciara (as well as the other performers) make the experience personal.Great performers make the extremely difficult to look easy and these women do that. Cabaret absolutely has an erotic element, and these women do not disappoint. Physically fit, toned, sexy and talented is a combination that makes tipping these performers a pleasure. They earn and deserve big tips in my book.What makes Kennedy's Cabaret different and better than other venues is the owner (Kennedy) and how she cares about the performers. Kennedy is creating more than just a cabaret but a place for artists of all kinds to have a stage and audience. From my experience at other venues, this is one of the many aspects that makes Kennedy's Cabaret a special place.Note that the cover charge goes to the talent and not the owner's pocket. Kennedy's Cabaret is the kind of place we're you will feel like you belong there and want to frequently return to. I will take photos on my next visit.As for the couple of negative reviews, I find them sad and disappointing. Those persons didn't take the time or put forth any energy to discover what a gem Kennedy's Cabaret is and how wonderful the people are that work and perform their. If you got through my long review and see this note, don't let the few negative reviews influence you to not go to Kennedy's not just once but many times.Also note the amount spent includes the tips we give to the performers. Drink prices are easy on the wallet too.Parking: There is more parking than may first meet the eye. You can park in front of the gate as the bar is open after the gate use hours. You can also park along the building on the west side of the parking lot and in front of the Soup Kitchen. There are four slots reserved for the talent. You can also park under the overpass. I have never seen any persons there that would cause me concern. I think you can also park on the street out front but I need to confirm that.“
“Wonderful! First time there, primarily for the Mariachi performing group (Tuesdays 6-8). They were fantastic! It can be a little loud, but heh... they performed their first number for the entire restaurant, then proceeded to go around to the different tables and, if requested, perform a special number for the people at that table or booth. We found the food to be quite good as well. Service was perfectly fine. It can be difficult to hold conversations while they are singing, so next time, we might get there at maybe 530, enjoy our food and chat, and then enjoy the performing group for however long we like. Highly recommend this place for the excellent food and for the Mariachi band on Tuesday evenings.“

While I understand that many patrons adore this establishment, I found myself grappling with certain aspects that might not have bothered me in my younger days.Space Constraints: The first thing that struck me was the size of the place. It felt too small. The limited square footage made it challenging to move around comfortably.Crowded Environment: Unfortunately, the cozy space way too crowded. The moment we walked in it was difficult to find a quiet corner to enjoy my time.Drink Menu: Glancing at the drink menu, I noticed that the options were somewhat limited. While I appreciate simplicity, I wished for a broader variety of beverages to choose from.Bar Noise: Attempting to engage the bartender proved futile due to the crowded bar area and the deafening music. Conversations were drowned out, and I couldn’t even inquire about specific drinks.Outdoor Escape: Thankfully, Water Witch had a saving grace: a porch/deck space equipped with heaters. Stepping outside allowed me to escape the cramped interior and catch a breath of fresh air.Smoking Area: Regrettably, this outdoor space had a downside: it was also the designated smoking area. As a non-smoker, this dampened my experience.In summary, Water Witch has its merits, especially for those who thrive in lively environments. However, if you seek a more tranquil setting, consider timing your visit carefully or exploring the outdoor space. Just be prepared for a bit of cigarette smoke if you do venture outside.“
“Great for small intimate concert. You definitely have a closer view of the artist than at one of the huge venues. Bottle water was not crazy either. Lime moved pretty quick to get in. I think the only downside would be where the merch table is located for concerts. Crazy after concert! I would definitely attend another concert at this venue!“
“We are big fans of Beehive's Jack rabbit gin, so on a night out for my birthday we decided to stop by Beehive's bar! We had such a nice time. The cocktails were incredible and so well priced. (We had the Gin and Tonic, Gimlet, and Beehive Old Fashioned and loved them all.) It was easy to park and the space is wonderful, as well. So much space to sit and relax inside or outside with your party. The bar area has a relaxed but industrial feel and, again, wasn't the size of a match box like a lot of bars downtown. We had the best time and will definitely be back.“

I really enjoyed the bone marrow with the chimichurri sauce, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. “Beehive is the first and original gin distillery in Utah. I love the ambiance and is a great place for meeting friends or family or both to get together. The bartenders have always been personable and not in a creepy way. I do prefer the clear distilled gin vs the barrel reserve which is a lot more musky. If you are a whiskey or bourbon person you should try the barrel reserve.“
“This is a great place and as many say a hidden gem. The ladies are very beautiful and absolutely great to chat with. Always very polite and well mannered and friendly. It is always a treat to meet any of them. Patrons can sometimes be a hit and miss, specially those who go to hang out and do not tip. These ladies really deserve better as they are probably the most beautiful leaving behind the ladies at places rated to be better - so it’s now up to you to make it even better. They serve all kinds of drinks and always your favorite beer. The entire staff is great and the food is great too - you won’t regret having a burger or their chicken tenders. Plenty of space and as opposed to most other places you can play pool and still watch the show. For drinks, we had a variety of cocktails and were happy with all of them. We also went up to their rooftop area for a while and liked the views -- it was just a much smaller space up there so we were a little squished next to other groups. The service was good, but a little bit quirky. It's hard to explain, but it just seems like since they're still new, they're trying to figure out what they want to be (theme and ambiance wise) and that's totally fine. They have a fenced/shaded dog friendly patio which is super cool and excites me to come back with mine.The staff is on top of it and super friendly. We had multiple staff make sure we were taken care of the entire time. Drinks were great. Food came out very fast and was quite good. It’s bar food so I’m not going to bash too much. The Cuban was good, not too dry, well seasoned but not authentic. The buffalo chicken salad was also great with bleu cheese. The serving of chicken was very healthy considering the cost. Fries were on point and served with fry sauce.They do specifically have a vegan menu that they get a lot praise for, I’ll have to add to my review on my next visit.I’d absolutely come back here. She always helpful with finding the right cocktail if needed and is super sweet and friendly when helping with drink choices. This is the original TWC and I love that it still exists. I wish this location had more days/hours of service, but I get it with the economy these days. I would definitely frequent more often if it offered more days of the week option.“

However, the way they serve beer is disappointing, especially considering the care they clearly put into selecting imports and interesting beers to serve. Belgians, IPAs, Saison, etc are served in a Boston shaker pint glass. For such an elevated atmosphere and dining experience, I would expect them to use proper glassware to serve their brews.“

The char makes you want to run out into the street and yell a high pitched "yeah" at the top of your lungs. The menu is so reasonably priced, and the portions so large, you'll struggle not leaving a larger tip than you normally would. Know what you're getting yourself into, Post 71 is full of "regulars", so you may get an up and down look as an outsider, but the staff are as friendly as can be and will make sure you are well taken care of. Sadly, I missed the memo that the André the Giant worthy T-bone steak is only served on Saturdays and requires a two day in advance RSVP. If you want a good solid meal that won't break the bank, come over and support Post 71.“

Atmosphere was nice until a bunch of 20 somethings came in and thought it was funny to pay to have the talent sing the most vulgar songs I’ve ever heard, and I’m no prude. Several tables walked out.The drinks were delicious.
